Staying at Baan Canalee was a fantastic choice. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite arriving later than expected, they were willing to provide recommendations for dinner and even helped us call a tuk-tuk. The house itself was spacious and clean, and having a smart TV with access to YouTube was definitely a plus. Additionally, the common area by the riverside was a lovely place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.
If I have the chance to visit Ayutthaya again, I would definitely choose to stay at Baan Canalee once more. Overall, it provided a comfortable and welcoming environment with excellent customer service and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful property and friendly owner. The gardens are nice and the rooms are fantastic with a great eye for design. You can see the love that’s gone into building this place.

The owner has 4 units of 2 storey apartment side by side. We booked 1 of the unit for a night and fell in love with the accomodation and manicured garden and terrace overlooking the river immediately. The house was tastefully designed and the beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. The terrace overlooking the river offer a good break from the hustle of the city and i can imagine chilling there whole day over a cup of tea or coffee. overall, it was a great experience and we may consider to revisit the unit again sometime in the future.

Nice hotel with a quite setting away from all the the crowds and noise. beautiful setting. short drive to most attractions (20 minutes), town and shopping malls.

A beautiful address close to the center and quiet. Only 4 bedrooms in duplex form. Living room side with sofa and TV, kitchen area, two bathrooms and a large bedroom. It’s pretty, super clean and the welcome is adorable.

There were four of us (two adults and two children) and we booked this apartment for three nights. It is very spacious and very well equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a kitchen on two floors.
It is lovingly furnished and in a very good and very clean condition, something like this is rare.
There is also a very nice garden with a terrace overlooking the river, where you can also have breakfast.
The operator is very friendly and is happy to help you.
If we are back in Ayutthaya we will definitely stay here again.

What's Good: The facility is new and very clean. The linens are also clean. The coffee and smoothies that you can order are delicious. The room is stylish.
Cons: Far from the ruins. It's not a hotel, so you won't be able to take a tuk-tuk or get a cup of coffee unless there's someone else around. There is breakfast, but only bread.
