Very lovely and clean hotel, lots of freebies which makes the stay very pleasant. Only issue is you have to walk and drive up a steep slope to the hotel which can be tiring after a long day.

Good location (nearby visitors center but on the hill, you need clime The service is not very good: It was the first time when I didn't got information at the reception about breakfast time, spa service, swimm pool, etc. The bath -hot spring was semi-fulled afternoon. The bathrobe was so small The breakfast was ok. Opportunity for the late check out

A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The location is superb, right near the entrance to Petra. After visiting Petra, it's the perfect place to stop and avoid having to go anywhere else, exhausted. The breakfast was delicious and good, the rooms were clean, and slippers, robes, and desserts were complimentary. We were incredibly pleased. There's also parking, which is convenient for those renting a car.

The room was decorated like a domestic guesthouse, but it was new and clean. The advantages are that if you drive, they will help you park in the underground garage. It's also only a 5-minute walk from the tourist center. Breakfast was so-so.
