Premiere Classe Valenciennes Ouest - Petite-FORÊT

Small room, but that is standard at premiere classe so I knew that. Room was neat and clean. Service very good and friendly man at check-in. Unfortunately men started smoking and talking outside their room at 8 pm and the rooms are not well insulated so the smell of smoke came in and we were bothered by the noise. This went on all evening and in the morning they started again at 7:30.

Room to be completely restored, fortunately we only stayed one night. The sheets are clean, however the bedspread has holes and the mattress is stained. I strongly advise against this hotel despite the courteous and friendly staff, the only positive point of this hotel

The hotel is in a hotel area next to other brands and near an Auchan The place does not seem very secure to me because there is no gate and very close to restaurants where people can easily access the parking and facilities. The room was clean and good. However, my room was poorly insulated and it was a little cold. Despite the heating. However, the value for money is very good.

First class worthy of a first class, no more, no less. Everything was functional in the comfort of the Standard first class.
