Our son had a reservation and became ill on the day he was supposed to travel. There was no way we thought the hotel would provide a refund, but ANNA was incredibly kind and went out of her way for us. As a result, we now plan to book a 3 day stay there ourselves. She has a great attitude and I look forward to staying here!

You can visit places in Sonoma like the Fairmont or The Lodge, yet neither will feel like a luxurious home. Instead stay at Inn at Sonoma which is a pure-class luxury hotel that is easy to stay in forever. I’ve been tired of the hard-core corporate vibe at Fairmont properties and now desire a more personal and gentle approach. I went to talk to the concierge and she was very stuffy and stuck in her ways. Not a fan of the staff at all. The rooms are tired and its just not an inviting place. Sorry im out. Fairmont charges a fortune for every little thing and offers so little. Inn at Sonoma has a breakfast that is divine! Every day, the chef makes homemade, gourmet omelets, quiche, or some fantastic egg dish, muffins, fresh fruit, and potatoes plus plus plus. They also serve bread and bagels, and hot homemade oatmeal, and yogurt The wine hour is so lovely. You can drink as much wine as you like, have freshly baked cookies, and eat fancy and delicious charcuterie with cheese, crackers, pickles, and nuts. The staff is warm!!!!! Inn at Sonoma unlike Fairmont gives you so much free food, so we didn’t pay for any extra meals, which saved time for more wine-tasting The best part was that we made friends during wine hour.

I stayed at the Lodge over the weekend to attend my Niece’s wedding as many of the other wedding party did and had a wonderful time. The grounds , with the lovely pool, functional gym and the restaurant with the delicious breakfast all made this stay exceptional. The wine tastings in the afternoon were a nice touch and the pre wedding reception at the restaurant was very well arranged. I stayed in a King Cottage suite and it was nicely appointed with a useful fireplace for the chilly evenings and only wished the windows were a bit larger to enjoy the view and to have more natural light in the room but did enjoy the view from my outside terrace. House keeping was a bit more erratic as twice I came back to an unmade room and had to notify the front desk that quickly resolved the issue. Overall a great stay and looking forward to staying there again soon.

We couldn’t have asked for a more stunning and magical location than MacArthur Place for our destination wedding in Sonoma, CA! Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff was exceptional. They were incredibly accommodating and worked closely with us, making sure every detail was handled with care. They were flexible, supportive, and truly invested in making our wedding day flawless. We couldn’t have done it without their hospitality. We also highly recommend working with Alyssa Bray-Events, who helped us bring our vision to life and made the entire process stress-free. They worked seamlessly with the venue to ensure every detail was perfect. In addition, Alicia Parks Photography was incredible at capturing the beauty of the venue and the joy of the day, creating memories we will cherish forever. Excellent
It's always nice to stay at new hotel. Everything is new and I particularly like the design of having small night stands next to each side of both queen size beds (bigger one in the middle). Everyone has outlet to charge the phone including one wireless charger alarm clock (on my son's side). He just put his phone on top of it for charging, very cool! Home2 does not have stove like Homewood, but you can use microwave. We didn't cook anyway. We had dinner both nights in the hotel room. Sitting comfortably on the sofa with nice big table. We watched movie and enjoyed delicious Thai and Japanese food from nearby restaurants both walking distance. Great experience! Will come back again if need to visit the place.
The best Hampton inn that I have visited, so beautiful, clean and modern. The customer service was amazing. The hotel has two lines more than Three Star hotel, definitely I will come back I want to be more than one night. Besides it's located in a very calm zone.
哈哈The breakfast is simple but the quality is very high. The room is small but very clean. There is an iron hanger brand shower gel shampoo body lotion. The environment is very style and special. The fireplace in the hall is very lively and has a strong price and is invincible.
GGuest UserIt's right inside the airport, and all aspects are good, but it's a double room but only one set of bath towels is placed, and there is no free parking lot, parking is quite expensive, 246 pesos a day.
GGuest UserThe Best Western Petaluma gives the traveler an excellent place to stay at a reasonable rate. The amenities are first-class, albeit without frills. The staff is very helpful and omnipresent, and the rooms are cleaned perfectly every day.
GGuest UserI loved this hotel. The staff were always around cleaning something and they seemed genuinely pleasant. And while the whole place could use a fresh coat of paint, everything was clean and smelled clean. We were there for a wedding event and most of the party stayed at the Sheraton Hotel. We chose Quality Inn because I just couldn't stomach the idea of paying so much money that the Sheraton wanted. But because most of the party was there, we spent most of our time at the Sheraton. Here are some differences: S=$$$ Q=$$. S=Not clean (the cushions in the dining room and carpets were HORRIBLE Q=Very clean, S=Staff was okay but no smiles Q=Accommodating (one member even saw that I was having a hard time making a bow for my gift and she offered to do it for me-had the wire and everything as she used to work in a florist shop) and they were all smiling. S=No breakfast-not even free coffee on the tables and/or lobby Q=FREE (wonderful) continental breakfast.
GGuest UserThe hotel is large in scale, close to the highway, and the old-fashioned North American style pier and berth buildings are very eye-catching. The hardware is quite satisfactory, the rooms are clean and tidy, overnight parking is charged, and most reservations do not include breakfast, but there is a commercial dining area, breakfast cafe, and even a delicious Chinese restaurant within six or seven minutes' drive.
GGuest UserWe stayed over for only one night to visit family. Our room was perfect for us and gave us everything we needed for our one night. I particularly enjoyed the presence of a small dining booth. Being a retro nut, this really appealed to me with its charm and was unexpected. Our only problem was, of all things, the mattress! Though extremely comfortable, it slid on the surface of its pedestal. We were not aware of its movement until my husband awoke during the night with intense back pain, as he had fallen asleep sitting up while our mattress was traveling south! Because I was laying down, I didn't notice our slow voyage. Our one and only suggestion would be to somehow secure mattresses to prevent Guests from inadvertently moving them. Even so, we would definitely stay there again, due to the location for our needs, cleanliness and charming room touches.
