Great service and attitude all round. Located next to a hospital for maximum safety in case you get hurt. Facilities are dated, albeit relatively clean. Spooky hallways and theme, perfect for a Halloween scare.

Hotel clean ,location good ,but a aircond is weak ,pls fix,will be come back again

Should ready 2 shower caps for the guests. Just in case 1 is not in good condition, we still have another one for replacement. In my case, the rubber of the shower cap somehow is not in good condition and luckily I bring my hair clips with me. Unfortunately i forgot to take picture of rhe shower cap.

The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted to 16 degree celsius? 22 degree celsius is a bit warm.

Stayed overnight for business purpose. Location is good and I like that it’s relatively quiet. Check in was easy, fast and pleasant. However, shortly after I had to go to my car and it was raining. There were staffs outside the hotel entrance that just stood there without asking whether I need umbrella or not. Sure the car is a short distance away but it’s always nice to ask rather than just standing and watching a guest being drenched by the rain.
Room was good and clean, some of the electrical outlets were a bit misaligned. There was a perpetual smell like damp cloth thruout the hallway, but none in the room. The blackout curtain is fantastic tho.
Breakfast; not too many option but they were tasty; except the beef cold cut it just doesn’t look fresh. And the seating arrangement was a bit cramped as well. Other than that I actually enjoyed the food.
Check out was again, a breeze.

Old hotel, there are cockroaches in the room😱😱😱, shower room Shower head is leaking, No anti-skid pad in the Bathtubs, towels are rare, pillows are soft and furniture is old. unworthy

I encountered some challenges with the concierge staff at Dorsett Grand Subang, as they were unhelpful and rude. However, after addressing the issue with the reception, they promptly upgraded all five of our rooms, which improved our overall experience. Despite the initial setback, the hotel's responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction were commendable.

Not bad for a one night stay. The hotel is located near enough to convenience stores and restaurants. Cleaner and nicer than I expected. Would stay again!

Overall a comfortable stay, as intended to book on the reason of nearby Subang Airport. Spacious room, quiet and clean. Recommend if you are catching flight in Subang Airport, just 10-15 minutes taxi ride.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, room is clean and comfortable. Nearby has some local food stores and convenient stores, good for short business trip stay.

They need more for pest control as there was roaches in the bathroom, also light fittings in toilet need to be change as it was not working. Food was just ok, last time on some days food was better.

I recently stayed at Dorset Hotel Subang Jaya and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding staff. On June 30, 2024, I realized that I had left my jewelry in the hotel room after checking out. In a panic, I called the hotel and spoke with Mr. Azam, the Guest Service Agent. His calming demeanor and willingness to help immediately put me at ease.
Within minutes, Mr. Azam, along with Ms. Saherah, the Senior Security Officer, assured me that they were on it. Their thorough check revealed that Ms. Shanti, the diligent Housekeeping Maid, had found my jewelry and promptly reported it to her manager, Mr. Tarmizee, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
The swift and professional actions didn’t stop there. Ms. Shanti and Mr. Tarmizee handed over the jewelry to Mr. Zairul Azli, the Assistant Safety & Security Manager, for verification. To ensure the highest level of security, Mr. Zairul reviewed the CCTV footage to confirm that no one else had entered the room after I checked out.
This meticulous attention to detail and the seamless coordination among the staff members were truly remarkable. Their honesty, efficiency, and dedication turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Azam, Ms. Saherah, Ms. Shanti, Mr. Tarmizee, and Mr. Zairul Azli for their exceptional service and assistance. Dorset Hotel Subang Jaya, you have an exemplary team, and I can’t thank you enough for your outstanding hospitality.
