Very unfortunate due to the first room we got was infested with bed bugs. Forced to wake up at 2:00am and went to front desk to change the room. The next room we got was claimed as new but the new room was infested with cockroaches (which we thought was better than being bitten by bed bugs). The water dispenser also was leaking non stop everytime we use it. This is the last time we will be using this hotel due to lack of hygeine and cleanliness.

shower leaking. water tap leaking.Bed sheet is supposed to be white, but becomes dark yellow. aircon works, but dirty and broken. bed frame dirty. Internet speed is ok.

Good location. Tv cant open but as i just stay for short stay (sleep) its okay. Ample parking. For the price, and location this is ok

I think this it's one of best Sun inn. In Kota Damansara.
The staff so friendly. And the room have everything wanted. Only lift have little noises.
