I was able to have breakfast at the ABC restaurant next door. I left something behind, and I'm so grateful they held onto it for me for three days.

I booked this hotel as there is no chooce.I had to spend a night at Kota Damansara and all the hotels nearby fullybooked.i had to pay extra RM10 because room capacity exceeded but without anything given e.g extra towel or extra pillow etc.No bottled water provided in the room as stated in trip.com website.Only a water dispenser provided near the rece counter.The window was covered with ripped curtain and dirty.There are lots of ants in the room.Other than that the receiptionist are non local

The price is worth

The worst stay ever, very unhealthy and smelly place to stay in I had to leave in the first night I arrived. This place should be shut down

We need to hire local workers instead of foreigners who don't understand Malay...please provide change so that it doesn't make it difficult for customers to find money to pay the deposit...the deposit system should be eliminated because it makes it difficult for customers..
