It was a last minute booking. Fortunately, I got a nice hotel. Good customer service. And most important is good location

The hotel is a pleasant place to stay at but when we first arrived the room was not cleaned up properly as they were short of staff. The staff are efficient and kind.

Reception is obvious leak of manpower. No interaction from reception when check in. Cleanliness is ok but qualities for room amenities need improve such as towels and boiling kettle. Seem not clean enough. Hotel location is depend your visit purpose. For me is fine and lots of restaurants in the same development project. View of room is good with nice view facing The curve. Room is spacious for the price offered.

Terrible hotel. Parking is charged by hourly rate. Not well maintained

The hotel is decent overall, but it would be better if there were more shops nearby.

This hotel is grossly understaff, lobby is dark, don't provide many things in the room, even if u ask, may not give to u, no housekeeping or phone in the room, if need anything, need to WhatsApp, not necessarily they will do or provide after they received the WhatsApp messages. Horrible, won't stay there again.

Overalll okay. I book for other people and they said its an ok hotel. No receptionist only the guard assisted them.

Overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and great place for lodging for short business trips.

Nice but a bit old

Less maintenance , parking need to paid by own self.

Awesome place to stay. Short distance to KL and PJ. Will stay again my next visit!
