AAllenguoguoAfter years of staying in hotels on our trips, we decided to try a guesthouse this time, and it was a fantastic experience! The owner was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Our accommodation was a beautiful Xiangxi stilt house, set in a lovely environment. Surrounded by mountains, the scenery was stunning. It was quiet, safe, and even had an outdoor swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved. We could also take the little ones fishing, prawning, and feeding cats – truly perfect for families!
All the food served was home-grown and home-raised by the owner. The local free-range chicken was delicious, and the cured pork hock was also excellent. They prepared the Sanxiaguo dish exactly to our liking, adjusting it to our preferences. The ingredients were fresh, clean, and completely trustworthy. Plus, the courtyard dining area offered wonderful views. For a trip, you really can't beat a place with such a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing environment. What's more, it's conveniently located not far from the Zhangjiajie Scenic Area, just about a twenty-minute drive away. Giving this guesthouse a perfect 100% rating!

Thank you for the boss's pick-up service and kindness. I like 👍👍👍👍👍 and help arrange the itinerary. We play Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park. Thank you for the proprietress for personally drawing the route map of the attraction. We play according to the route map. The essence of the attraction is easy to play without having to queue for too long and not tired. (It’s just that our trip just happened to meet the gods and not be beautiful), it has nothing to do with the store. The food at the store is also delicious. (When you return to the hotel at the attraction, there are hot meals and soups in front of you. The soup and dishes are fragrant and delicious. The price is not expensive) Our family stayed in the store for 3 nights. This is the best homestay we have stayed in for more than ten years. Yinyue Homestay is worthy of five-star praise.

Good location, easy to find but not quite convenient for parking. Close to Tianmen Park if that is part of the trip plan.
Got free upgrade, so I could stay next to my parents. Two rooms with their own yards are super soothing.
Good facilities generally, but there could be some improvements too, such as the floor in my parents’ room, and maybe add some sticker on switches to avoid some confusions.
Other than that, I love the foam pillows, much better than normal soft pillows in hotels, also love the comb it provides in the bathroom. Good toilet and good bath amenities like shampoo and shower gel. Recommend to provide bathrobe too instead of waiting for request from guests.
I also love the auto curtains and traditional styled wooden door.
I couldn’t catch breakfast for my travel plan but parents did, they love it. Services from the host was great, especially when it comes to laundry service. He also helped with parking.
Overall highly recommended!

She made us a great itinerary for the national forest. Freya speak a very good english, mostly get in touch with her via Wechat. Location is perfect to reach the east gate. There are renovations work next door, so consider that will be difficult to sleep after 8:00am. For the priced paid highly recommended.

GGuest UserThis hotel went above and beyond during my stay. Rain who first greeted us was helpful from the very beginning of the stay until the very end. The hotel provided a detailed route for the Zhangjiajie National Park and even provided transportation to the park and pick up once completed. In addition they assisted with the luggage during check in and check out. If flying or riding into Zhangjiajie, the hotel does offer setting up transportation to and from the hotel if needed at a very reasonable fee. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast and complimentary tea with the tea master, who was also amazing at making the stay feel very welcoming. Once the tea master and Rain found out it was my birthday they made my day one to remember. The tea master wrote me a congratulatory calligraphy scroll and set up a cake with Rain to be given to me as well. The hotel also offered activities every evening. On the day I was able to attend, they taught me how to make peach cookies which was so fun and delicious. The tea master also showed us how to do calligraphy while we waited for the cookies to be baked. Rain set up a Wechat with the staff where I was able to conveniently pre order dinner, which was super delicious. My favorite was the eggplant with pork. I can't express in enough words how everyone here made the stay the most enjoyable. For anyone visiting Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here. I wish I could have spent more nights here to enjoy the entire resort such as the heated pool and sunset terrace.

FFabianMartinWe stayed at the Jingxin Love Hotel for 3 nights and felt comfortable from the very first moment. We were contacted in advance to ask if we would like a shuttle service from the train station. We gladly accepted. The hotel team was very welcoming and showed us to our rooms. We had two rooms on the fifth floor, with windows facing the back side street, so it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious and varied, prepared with care. The staff were very attentive.
Dan Dan helped us upon arrival to plan tours for our two-day stay so that we could see as much as possible. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather on the second day; it rained the whole time, but we couldn't book a good weather guarantee with Dan Dan. The excursions were great; we were impressed by the beauty of nature in the mountains.
The large rooms were cozy and stylishly furnished, and it was very clean. The beds were perfect, not too hard and not too soft
At check-out, Shan Shan arranged another shuttle to the train station for us and gave us a very warm farewell.
This hotel gets full marks from us; we highly recommend it.

SSherlythe hotel basically runs by a family, we really love them all ＜3 they really pour all their heart to give every guests the best services!! especially for the uncle in the front desk, he is the bestt!! he greets us, he explain the recommended routes for visiting the avatar mountain, he helped us bring our suitcases upstairs 🥺 (he lift at least 15kg each on both his left and right hand in one go) he is very strong indeed hahaha we even couldnt do that. we wish we stayed longer here :(. the location is fantastic, it was near the bus stop, the minimart, the restaurant, and we can walk to the east gate of the zjj national park. ahh also, you can ask anything to the lady who runs the wechat account of the hotel. she is an angel, super nice, super helpful, and can speak english!! love them all, thank you for everything!

AAnonymous UserRecommended by a friend, our family of four stayed here. The antique-style decor immediately showcased its quality. We originally wanted a family room but it was fully booked, so we took the owner's recommendation for a river-view king room, which turned out to be excellent. The room was very spacious, and the owner provided an extra 1.4-meter bed, making our stay extremely comfortable; the kids especially loved it. It featured a bathtub, a projector, and even a tea room. We stayed for four nights, and each evening the owner helped us plan the next day's itinerary, even suggesting evening activities tailored to our needs. This personalized service was truly a huge plus! Overall, the room facilities were great, the views stunning, and the owner's service outstanding. We will definitely recommend this place to many more friends!

GGuest UserThe B&B is on the mountain of Lotus Airport. They are responsible for airport pick-up, which is very convenient. They are also responsible for sending us to Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, which is really considerate.
The B&B environment is very good, and it has everything for food, accommodation and transportation. Satisfied! Very satisfied!

EEduarda Carvalho[Parks info below] I'm glad that I checked out this hostel, good value for money. Room was nice and tidy, lots of electricity sources in bed and common area, curtains, hot shower. I shared the 6 beds dorm with just another girl, and you make your own bed. No toilet paper, no free water refill, no light in bed. It's worth the price. If you extend your stay directly in the hostel it's cheaper than the app.
The reception area is more cramped but you can socialize there. Most of the people are Chinese but I also met some foreigners. The guy in the reception speaks English and can give you information, in addition to that I recommend you to do your own research. There are two baby cats playing around, and an adult one.
You can get to the hostel from the west railway station by bus line 17 for 2 yuan - last bus at 8:40pm + 15 minutes walk. Location is close to the main avenue where there's a lot of restaurants, and a 24-hour convenience store close to the corner with this same avenue. There are two night markets in the city, one on the avenue like 10 min distance walking to downtown direction, more local, and another one on the street in front of the tianmen mountain cable car, more touristy. The hostel is 15 minutes walking to the central bus station where you can get the bus to zhangjiajie park and 15-20 to the tianmen mountain cable car station.
[ATTRACTIONS] Zhangjiajie (avatar), tianmen (heaven's gate) and canyon (glass bridge) are 3 different parks in different locations.
The entrance to zhangjiajie gives you access for 4 days. I went the 4 days and enjoyed it very properly. If you're short on time, 2 days will do, but plan it wisely based on your priorities. Gates are 1 hour trip distance from the central bus station - 1h30 at weekends. Also, note that before entering the park with passport and face scan, you need to do an APPOINTMENT for that hour. You usually do it there at the gate, but for a saturday all appointments for that hour were sold out in advance and I had to wait for 45 minutes to go in. Recommended to check in advance especially on weekends.
There are 2 types of tickets you can get: including all cable cars and elevator for unlimited time for 450 yuan; or just the entrance (including only free shuttles) for 215 yuan - you still have the option of buying each transport at the park (75 yuan cablecar one-way, 65 elevator one-way). At first, I had understood that to see the avatar mountains, the ONLY way was through the elevator, so I bought the all-inclusive. Turns out you CAN go by free shuttle + hike + free shuttle if you start in the east gate. My favorite part was the huangshi village.
For tianmen, the entrance is 260 yuan. Choose the route in advance because some sell out fast. Gold advice: go at least one hour or more BEFORE the hour that you have the tickets for. The hour of your ticket just matters before the very last point before boarding the cable car. The line was MASSIVE and it took me 2h30 waiting on a Monday - ended up getting in 2 hours late than my ticket time and couldn't finish the whole loop: took only the red trail and went down to the heaven's gate.
About the Canyon, I can't say much because I decided to skip it and save the 210 yuan ticket - note that this price DOESN'T include the activities, you must pay separately. The package that includes almost* everything is 360 yuan.
Last but not least, if you go to the 72 Wonders, there's also an entrance of 88 yuan. You can go/come back with the bus 17 - same line that serves to the west railway station, last bus 8:40pm.
