However ..... • No card but normal old key (so no centralized light room control) • No carpet in the room, but no complementary slippers (and the floor is frozen) • Very dates bathroom taps, air conditioning system and TV • Gym / fitness located not in the building, but in another hotel in the vicinity • Shower water just “warm”, not hot In summary, no big issues for a one night stay, good value for money, but a 4 stars hotel is something different

The hotel is beautiful and the location is fantastic. The breakfast is to die, for you could not ask for better. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and extremely friendly young girl at the reception Anna deserves extra accolades. She is fantastic. I was there to find a house my grandfather built 110 years ago and without her help it would’ve been impossible. I want to thank her personally, she went above and beyond her duties.
