This is not a hotel to stay at if you want to sleep. At night they have a DJ in the garden until 1am, it’s unbelievably loud and impossible to sleep. Lots of people politely asked them to turn the music down so we could sleep but they refused and said by law they were allowed to play loud music until 11pm. The grounds are lovely and the hotel is nice but don’t stay here if you want a peaceful stay and to sleep.

We were given a different room to the one we booked. The hotel is putting up misleading pictures online. The pool area becomes a club on Fridays with music extremely loud. Staff is very rude as they aren’t trained well on customer service. Will not return and recommend others not to stay there as it is overpriced

Very uncomfortable bed, dirty rooms, receptionist not speaking English, low quality breakfast with cold water for tea. I found underware in the guardrobe! Please avoid this place. The only nice thing is the garden outside.

The hotel is quite old, but I have to say that I spent my time there during the winter. Spending vacations in this hotel during the summer should be much better, since the external spaces, which unfortunately were not enjoyable when I was there, are very nice.

Durant un séminaire d'entreprise, j'ai séjourné trois nuits à l'hôtel, précisément dans la chambre 50, et mon expérience a été plutôt décevante. À mon arrivée, j'ai été confronté à un problème de ventilation bruyante, ainsi qu'à une couette humide et sale. Bien que le personnel ait aimablement remplacé la couette sur ma demande, le souci avec la ventilation n'a pas été résolu malgré mes signalements. L'hôtel dispose d'un vaste parking, situé du côté de ma chambre, où l'activité des voitures peut être perturbant. De plus, la deuxième nuit, le sommeil m'a été arraché par un chien aboyant sous ma fenêtre. Cette situation confirme les observations de Vincent84110 concernant les inconvénients des chambres donnant sur le parking. Je partage également les critiques de l'utilisateur margheritaresce sur la question de la propreté. En résumé, bien que l'accueil ait été courtois, plusieurs aspects de mon séjour nécessitent une amélioration notable pour garantir confort et satisfaction aux futurs clients.

Tres bon séjour dans cet hotel je reviens tous les ans dans cet hotel calme et tranquille dans une végétation exceptionnelle vue sur le parc belle piscine très grande en harmonie avec la nature chambre impeccable personnel accueillant et très professionnel région formidable au milieu du parc du Lubéron

Tout d'abord, le personnel de l'hôtel était extrêmement accueillant et serviable. Ils étaient toujours prêts à répondre à nos questions. Leur professionnalisme et leur amabilité ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Les chambres de l'hôtel étaient spacieuses, propres et bien aménagées. Le lit était très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner proposé par l'hôtel était délicieux et varié. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était également idéal. En résumé, mon séjour dans au Sevan été parfait. Le personnel amical, les chambres confortables et propres, le délicieux petit-déjeuner et l'emplacement pratique ont tous contribué à faire de mon week-end une expérience mémorable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour agréable et confortable.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et la chambre supérieure avec son balcon était très appréciable. Grande, confortable et salle de bains fonctionnelle. Tout était propre. Le jardin est vraiment appréciable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très complet. L’équipe de l’accueil très professionnelle et celle du petit déjeuner accueillante. Seuls bémols peut être : il y avait des petits travaux dans le couloir deux matins lors de notre séjour. Peut être qu’il faudrait le notifier aux clients et également avertir les clients de ne pas faire trop de bruit le soir dans les couloirs car l’insonorisation est moyenne. A part ça rien a dire! Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel très calme.
