The Pensione Hotel Perth, an EVT hotel

The room size was just right, and it even had a small table. The twin beds, at 1.3 meters wide, were quite comfortable. The room facilities were basic but very clean. The electrical outlets were a bit loose, and there was no drinking water provided. The location was super convenient – close to everything. The station was within walking distance, and even getting to the pier wasn't much of a problem. There were also cat buses nearby.

The family room was great, very spacious with large beds. I looked at a lot of hotels in Perth, and many twin rooms had very narrow beds, but this place was perfect. It's also very close to the Pan Pacific, where we stayed previously. We booked it for our last night after a road trip. The service was excellent. The only minor inconvenience was that there's no ramp for luggage; you have to go up stairs to the entrance. Perth isn't very big, so it's easy to walk everywhere from here.

The room was a bit small, and the bathroom felt a little dated. However, the hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around by car or train, and easily access the city center. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quiet at night, and there's a self-service laundry room, but it costs extra.
