I always booked here for husband cause close to the airport then easy to take bus back to airpor... Though sometimes the services not helpful but so far ok lol

One of the better motels on Great Eastern Highway. Not really walkable to anything though. About $20.00 uber ride to airport. Clean with an onsite shop for supplies.

The equipment is insufficient, there is no hot water for showering in the morning, there is no hairdryer in the room, and the facilities are very old.

New management, but there’s still a lot of room for improvement. A couple of maintenance issues in the bathroom including a dripping tap. The shower was clean but more effort could have been put into cleaning the handbasin.
The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, changing our room to a downstairs one and giving us extra coffee and milk.

The desk service was very good. A funeral came up unexpectedly I was able to get an extra night, with no problems. There was an issue with a lack of parking due to building construction work. Although the manager tried his best to help alleviate or lesson the problem, some people just seem to park anywhere with no uniformity. There were a couple of times when trucks not connected to the building works just parked in an ate taking up three car spaces at times. I appreciate that the manager did what he could, perhaps a printed off copy of parking arrangements could have been handed to the customers.

Staff advised: Bad area arguing and fighting g out front most nights. I would not use them in the future. There was drunken people most nights fights arguments
