Really disappointed in the whole experience and chose not to stay. At check in was told the car park was round the back of the hotel. Took me half an hour to find it as it was back onto a main road and round a corner! No signage or directions given by the hotel. Parking is £6 per night. At check in was informed that there was an oven not working so we might not be able to eat dinner there. We had booked dinner bed and breakfast! No refund was offered at this time until I later asked for it. The remote control in the room was filthy, and there was dust and hair on the dressing table surfaces. The corridor smelt musty and of stale food. Wifi was not available in our room. I could not even make a telephone call and had to come down to the main reception area for any wifi access atall.Apparently the wifi in the hotel is patchy as its an old solid building! I asked about a refund for dinner and was told this was fine but would take upto 28 days to be back in my account. I was also offered a refund for breakfast as a complimentary gesture at this stage. All in all, way too many things going wrong or simply not good enough from the point of check in. My worst hotel experience ever!

The Premier Inns have really went down hill recently. Their policy of not cleaning rooms unless requested and clean towels need to be requested. I stayed in room 134 with very poor Wi-Fi and the toilet bowl was disgusting with the under rim black, god only knows when it was last cleaned. They have also trimmed the menu which is not great if you are staying for more than a week and for some reason the do not provide orange juice anymore replacing it with “tropical juice” which honestly taste like watered down kids juice. Very disappointed.

Great location just one street back from the high street, next to the concert hall and lots of great restaurants but quiet. The hotel is modern, fresh and clean. We ate breakfast, which they serve up until 11am on weekends. My daughter has severe allergies and we were well catered for by informed staff. Security in the hotel is great as you can't access beyond reception without your hotel key to work the lift or access the stairs. The only downside was the really hard pillows. Would book again if soft pillows are available.

This hotel is ideally situated for the Perth theaters. The meals are simple but well prepared, the staff are friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean, warm and comfortable, all you need for a perfect short break.

Plus Room, should have had Ultimate wifi with the room, it didn't, only standard unless i paid extra, air con poor, had it on lowest temp and highest blower but the blower was very weak, room far to hot and external windows completely sealed so no relief that way either, shower great, tv excellent size but the heat of the room was uncomfortable so overall, disappointed especially paying over £150 for 1 night

We got a taxi from the train station which cost under £5. The hotel is in a good city centre location. The hotel seemed modern and clean. All you can eat breakfast for £9.99. Good value and have lots of choices. Negatives - one of the lifts was very smelly. The fried eggs had started to go hard (not just the yolks setting) under the heat lamps. I didn’t eat it. Apart from the eggs, the rest of the breakfast was good.

Hotel is what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Comfy bed, clean rooms, quiet rooms, good heating. Cooked Breakfast is excellent. Building is nicely maintained. Didn't use car park as I travelled by train. But parking is £6 p/n (although this is clear at the time of booking). Close to various restaurants etc. in evening if you don't fancy eating at the hotel. Within walking distances to other amenities like Bus and Train station. Would definitely stay here again.

An after-concert stay in a comfortable hotel a few yards from the concert hall. We had requested an 'accessible' room with wet-room shower following recent hip replacement surgery. The room was excellent, the bed very large and comfortable, and the wet-room ideal. Breakfast choices were good, although the cooked breakfast could have been hotter (as is usually the case with buffet style service). Staffing was minimal, but that's obviously part of the hotel chain's business plan. At £149 for bed & breakfast it wasn't particularly cheap (you can't get online prices for an accessible room which can't be booked online), but it was ideally placed a few yards from Perth Concert Hall.
