4.5/5ExcellentLocation next to the Apple shop in Perth. Nice and central. Close to shopping cbd area and close to supermarket Woolworths and the Coles at Raine Square. Used it as a base to explore Perth right next to.wesley church which was a nice landmark close to the hotel. Parking is hard though and expensive. Room was very clean and lovely but u had to ask for things like toothbrush and shaver which they kindly delivered to the door. Polite staff were always kind and helpful and eager to please. I was given a generous late check out. The cleaning lady was super nice too. One issue was my room was so far from the lift lobby. Another thing the water dispenser was located next to a open gap dustbin and sometimes i could see flies hovering near the bin while filling my watet hurriedly next to it. Overall i enjoyed my stay there.

4.7/5OutstandingThe hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, cleanliness and room spaciousness. We visited Perth as a holiday and stayed at Holiday Inn. The room was spacious and had adequate cabinets. The bathroom was also very spacious. I was very happy with the room layout - honestly, it is a very good size and you will not be disappointed. The room was very very clean. We could request make-up room daily and our housekeeper, Sonam was really attentive and made the room feel brand new each time. Location-wise, it was convenient. A short walk to everywhere, shopping, groceries,trains and buses. What I was most impressed with was that they had a small carton of milk placed in the fridge for hot drinks. I was really happy because I usually had to buy a small carton of milk for coffee (I drink lots of it). So this gesture is the first I've experienced despite traveling extensively (most would require you to purchase milk). It was very thoughtful, thank you! In terms of hospitality, service-wise, it was average. While the staff were professional, I don't feel the 'warmth' of their service. It was just cordial and transactional. You do not really get that 'willingness to serve' feeling. It is no fault of the hotel, it is just perhaps, the culture here. Other than that, thank you to the lady who made omelettes for my mom and I during breakfast.

Haven't found the right property yet?
Stayed 5N here at a 2 Queen Beds Standard room after spending 4N in southern Perth. Was warmly welcomed at check-in and explained on the offsite parking information. Room was clean and well equipped. Pleasant surprise to find that it comes with bathtub. Lobby has a nice looking Ivy and Jack restaurant that it's a pity that I did not get to try. Will definitely consider returning for my next trip to Perth city!
