Endless time needed to get connected to the wifi, with code numbers on registering screens that took 20 minutes to appear on the laptops. And again the following morning... what a waste of time. In so much other hotels, you come, get connnected and voila ! Tesla Destination charger, given for free by Tesla, are ... charged 10€ ! In 5 years, never seen an hotel charging fees for letting my car charge. I came in this hotel in the middle of an hypermarket / industrial park because of this feature. I accepted the detour to get there, and the poor surrounding and view because of this. But furthermore, I had to pay. Next time, I'll choose a less cheesy hotel and will go to the free supercharger. This is not about the 10€ fee. This is about the fact that everywhere else, it's for free, to attract new customers in your business and make them come back, again and again. They don't hide the fact that the breakfast is not complimentary : why do they hide the fact that the destination charger isn't either ? Do my comment worth your 10€ ?

Very well located hotel, prefer a sea view room because a little noisy from 4h45 car waste collection/ street cleaning ...) The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Great hotel, right opposite the train station and within walking distance to Comedie and the old town. Recently refurbished by the looks of it. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and modern too! Only downside was that there was no bottled water (although tap water is drinkable) and also limited coffee supplies. Check in was pretty straight forward. There was roadworks outside during our stay but it didn’t bother us as they weren’t on whilst we were sleeping.

The room was spacious and clean.

Our accommodation was perfect for two adults and two children. It was made up of entrance with a small full kitchen, dining room with plasma TV, comfortable bedroom, bed sofa and shower. All was perfect, you sleep in the middle of the silence. Thanks to the staff, especially the gentleman who waited for us until 21:30 to deliver us the key. It’s a heartwarming thing to choose a hôtel purely on the basis of location only to find that it’s really a bit of a gem. We had an eight night stay at the beautiful Domain de Verchant, set amongst its own vineyards and parkland, only a few kilometres outside historic Montpellier. The rooms were both charming and well appointed , the food in the two different restaurants was really very good and the spa/ pool areas are quite wonderful with first rate facilities. However, it is the professional and friendly service that sets this hotel apart . Under the General manager, Jean-Pascal Picolette, thé team show their dedication and pleasure in looking after their residents, whether it be serving a poolside sandwich or a 5 course fine dining meal at their superb restaurant Marcelle. After hard week will have a break with wife and daughter…Simple, good staff, good options, swimming pool near sea side, beach bar and good restaurant with local products as wine, fruits, fishes, olive oil amazing with all 5 stars hôtel but time to get one for PP restaurant. Wine was real from Pic St Loup at back viewers from hotel. Unfortunately Syrah and Mourvèdre must be cool served to give all sources fragrances and smells of garrigue and pink fruits, but on tong freshness killed the melting pot of such wine, fine cooking and staff made pizza for kid and mother without problem, squid’s salad was fine with Espelette pepper, grill molds were so simple taste of salted butter and parsley fresh garlic sauce, desert was at beach with windy and sand crunchy with local coconut local ice maker, nice red fruits with vanilla chantilly and hot chocolate so tasty with acid of strawberries and fine raspberry only 60 boxes to lay each personnes front ones matresses bit expensive out of season time, but towels and Evian bottle included…anyway nice multi langages staff with frenchy southern hit seems serious but nonchalance amazing behaviors. Don’t change but in high summer time ppl could be stress with all locals on beach from all dangerous area’s from Montpellier occupated places with non real frenchies but ppl swim just on the other side of Mediterranean places with drugged dealers and many thieves from friends experience from last year.

As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. After I've given all my bank and billing address details and paid for the first of the two rooms, the attendant asks me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes, when we resumed the conversation, he said the price for the second room had increase $5 and that this was the hotel normal price policy . After arriving at the hotel, I ask at the reception about this price policy fluctuation as they refuted that possibility, since the price change may occur daily, but not anytime of the day (especially since you already started your reservation, since the client cannot have access to the price table). When I received the receipt, first, my billing address is was located in the US and live in the UK, so is my address (although I've giving the attendant all my personal information). The price for the service was not clear ahead and I ended up pay an abusive amount of U$27.76 of U$87.24, while the actual price for the room was only U$59,24. All in all, I felt cheated, the food was not looking fresh and burnt for the price of €41. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.
