We have just returned after a 2 night stay for our 30th anniversary.. Thanks to Tatiana (hotel manager) she made our stay better. We were upgraded to a spacious room with an amazing view, complimentary champagne with a nice fruit platter was given due to the occasion. A very nice hotel with high standards, although I found a couple of members of staff inpolite with a speaking English difficulty. Personal advice, your reservation manager needs to have better manners and really needs to look into correcting her attitude to the customers. Shame that we were treated so poorly on our arrival. This hotel is completely renovated, everything is new, and super clean against coronovirus issues. The hotel is situated only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Is also withing walking distance of 10 minutes from the Protaras center where are many restaurants, pubs and clubs. Is also 3 minutes away from the Protaras wooden path which is constructed right by the seashore. The staff is super friendly and the owner and the manager are at all times available to talk with you. They are very extremely friendly and they do their best to help you. Great service.
