When I turned down the bed covers, I immediately noticed not only a large grayish/ purple stain on the bottom sheet but an even larger yellow stain on the top sheet and a BLOOD stain on the bottom side of the comforter. I notified the front desk and was told that they had no explanation and initially had no other comparable room to put me in. I asked the front desk staff, Ashley, to come up and look, which she did and then suddenly found an “accessible “ room that was available, but not quite the quality of the room I had booked. No compensation was offered and I will never stay there again. Having to change rooms at 11:30 at night, after settling in for the night, significantly impacted my sleep, especially since I was now not sure how effectively ANY of the rooms are being cleaned. Having to decide whether to sleep on top of the bed coverings or on the sofa was not a decision I should have had to make with the money I spent.
