Premier Inn Llandudno North (Little Orme)

The level of customer service from Steven was excellent. It is rare to experience such a high level of customer service these days. We appreciated his friendliness, help and interest. The room was very clean. The bed very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed a peaceful night. No noise or disturbance. Excellent parking available. We also enjoyed a pleasant walk into town from the hotel. I will certainly book this Premier Inn again. So much quieter than in town, and no worries about parking. If you don’t want to walk into town, there appears to be a regular bus service passing by, and the bus stop is just a little lower down. The walk was however, good exercise and it’s nice to leave the car sometimes!

Was met at reception by Steven who was very helpful and straight away ready to help! Very happy with the room as it was very well presented and clean too! Steven also helped us book our breakfast in for the morning which is always great! And Cindy done a great job with the room! Thank you! Would very much suggest this premier inn!

Excellent service throughout Steven on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful and informative. Advising of places to visit during our stay . Room was clean as always with an excellent view across the beach.The staff in the brewers fayre adjacent to the hotel were also extremely helpful attentive and considerate especially in addressing food allergies.

Brilliant place all staff Very Friendly Liz from housekeeping was so happy and friendly nothing was too much trouble.The lady on reception was really helpful as well as we needed an extra bed in the room and they were more than happy to accommodate. The staff in the Brewers Fayre well it was one guy on in the morning so brilliant helpful and friendly.

Excellent standard at one of the smaller of the Premier Inns. Comfortable, spacious room, with plenty of extra tea, coffee & milk readily available. Food in attached Brewers Fayre adequate rather than luxurious. Shout out to the helpful Steven on reception. See you next time.

Another perfect stay in a Premier Inn Hotel. Luke gave us a warm welcome when we arrived to try to get an early check-in. Unfortunately this wasn't possible, but we were able to leave the car and walk into Llandudno. So much to do there! We returned at 3pm and Tamsin checked us in. The room was clean, fresh and really comfy, and we had a great night's sleep as usual. Thank you to all who made our stay so fab!

Very good service from the staff. Steven was very helpful and courteous - thank you ☺️ The room was very clean and welcoming. I accidentally blanked my key card and it was no trouble to get it to reset. I would recommend this as a place to stay that is just outside the main thoroughfare.

Excellent hotel - lovely place to relax in. Very quiet at night so able to have a good nights sleep. Extremely friendly, helpful staff! Nothing was too much trouble. Good location - easy to get around. Would highly recommend

No lift and 19 steps up to room. Delay at check in due to other guests and a slow running computer. Room was of a good size and had all items required for a one night stay Restaurant was good with friendly staff.Hotel location is a good distance from Llandudno.
