沒有驚喜，設施、房間陳設都很一般，動物倒是有幾衹吧。服務水平就是招待所水平，談不上熱情也沒有臭臉。餐飲配套差、早餐難以下嚥、周邊配套差。就環境還可以。彭州一千多的價格，還是覺得有點失望。

房間還是可以的，就是浴室小了一點。不滿意的一點就是灰塵很大。服務態度也挺好的，很有耐心。羊駝很可愛。

除了草坪，其餘都一般，房間設施一般，服務一般，早餐太差，對，是太差了！！1000加的價格實在虛高，以後也不會再來，民宿帳篷類果然住一次傷一次，以後不敢亂碰了，老老實實住五星不香嗎？

這個酒店前台不錯，微信聯繫馬上就會有迴應。其它就不行完全沒有服務，送客人去房間的小哥跟個木頭人一樣，不幫客人搬行李，什麼都不做。還有酒店衞生，我朋友房間床鋪上有幾粒血跡。。我房間一直有股味道，很難聞！小孩就一直打噴嚏，整個晚上大人是完全沒有睡着，熬到了凌晨四點！因為感覺臟臟的，無法入眠！結果不出所料，第二天小孩的手臂上就多出了一圈被小蟲咬的。。。
