Near to the port... love the buffet breakfast. Just that when not so many people there they change breakfast to ala carte.

Service from all people was top, very friendly. Unfortunately they were busy with renovations when I was there, so I was bothered by the noise. A few umbrellas at the pool were broken so you couldn't lie in the shade.

Room without hot water!! I The breakfast was a disappointment, the first night buffet, we loved it and we made a reservation for another night. The next night it was 'a la carte' breakfast, and we paid exactly the same amount. It makes absolutely no sense. The justification would be that they did not have a buffet when they had less than 30 guests, and only when we ate there were about 25 people at the table… Otherwise great! We would stay again.

This hotel was a huge disappointment ! Tired and very run down, and the staff were ( with a couple of rare exceptions ) ineffective and disinterested. The rooms (supposedly a suite) was clean, but very tired and run-down. The bathroom very stained and shabby. If you called reception to request something, it was a 50/50 chance of it arriving. You generally had to go and get it yourself. The room had no hair dryer, so you had to 'borrow one' from reception, and opening a bottle of beer to drink on your verandah was a major challenge, no opener was provided and getting somebody to open it was beyond belief. The staff individually, were all pleasant, but def' not on top of their game, which I suggest came from very poor management ! We were on a 'breakfast included deal' but ended up going out for breakfast due to the very poor quality of what was provided.

First time visited gili air and stay in this hotel is very comfy. Very friendly staff, excellent service and good food. Also we attend to movie night space and we watching with other guest in the beach with big screen and that is very pleasure experienced in gili air

Good movie night. Breakfast was good. Room was clean,good. Excellent staff. Not many bicycles and were in rough shape, rented from down the street.
