This is a cheap hotel so I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, however, this hotel fell way below standard. The pictures of the hotel on Trip are not accurate- in fact I can see one of the pictures is an AI render and is in no way representative of the actual hotel. The room is damp and dingy, not clean at all and the walls are crumbling. I had booked 3 nights and left after 2 as I really couldn’t stay here. It’s a shame because the staff here are amazing; very kind and attentive, genuinely interested in talking to me and helpful with suggesting what to do on the island. They seemed sad when I left early but o really needed to get out. The location is good, 5 mins walk from the port and they have a beach front restaurant. The food was average, but that was consistent across all the restaurants I tried on Gili Meno.

Everything about Kira Kira was fantastic! Location was great, staff was so kind and incredibly accommodating, room and bathroom were large and spotless. Spa services were great - felt like a high end resort for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

During the Spring Festival, my family of 6 came to Gili M Island and stayed at Kurakura. I highly recommend staying there. It was really better than I expected. Although the hotel is not a five-star hotel, the room is clean and big. Although it was the rainy season, we stayed for 5 days. Although it was cloudy, we encountered a light rain that lasted for an hour. It rained heavily at night and did not affect the fun at all. We booked a connecting room with our 2 children. There are actually 2 large beds and 2 single beds, a total of 3 rooms. There is also a small swimming pool. The island is very quiet, and I met only one Chinese person within 5 days of the Spring Festival. When you go out, turn right and there is an ATM machine where you can withdraw cash with UnionPay. Basically, only cash can be used on the island, and cards cannot be swiped. It was really unexpected. The hotel is located at the M Island Pier, just 1 minute away from the boat. You can rent bicycles to get around the island. Walking past the pier on the left is a good snorkeling area with huge corals, rich colors, many turtles, and huge fish. Turn right and walk for a few minutes to reach the Little Turtle Base. Cross to the opposite side of the island, ride a bike for 5 minutes, and then you will see the most famous underwater statue in the sea. There are also many turtles and lionfish here. The hotel staff are very welcoming. I love it here. At the door is the hotel restaurant, facing the sea.
The slow life on the island is great, perfect for a Spring Festival trip.

Situated of the most amazing islands ive ever been to - this tasteful resort with clean well maintained facilities and rooms was a must return venue. Extremely good value great food 2 mins walk from dock. East to catch a boat to gili meno from lombok rock up to Teluk nare ($$10nzd) from sengiggi and heaps of boats available for 20 min trip out

Great hotel close to harbour, all staff very accommodating food good, room 11 and 12 perfectly positioned at the top of the fly proof roofed pool, very private area. Whole place is very reasonably priced definitely worth a visit if your staying on meno

This resort deliver value for money above expectations. I especially noted the fly sheet roof above the pool. Highly appreciated in the sun. The rooms are clean and well maintained. At arrival we had 50m from port to hotel and we were met with a fresh coconut to drink. Again an appreciated item. Level of service was all the time very high. This is not a huge resort which gives a closer relation between gunsts and the people working at the resort. Would happily select the same place of going to Gili Meno again.

Kura Kura is the perfect place to stay at. The rooms are spacious, nice, clean and modern. Location is great, just a few steps from the harbour and close to different restaurants. Also nice with the pool area where you can relax after a day on in the water. The staff is very friendly and the food is great in the restaurant, just by the ocean. We’ll definitely come back!
