Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a significant and prolonged blackout that lasted throughout the entire night. The blackout not only disrupted my plans but also caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort. Without power, I was unable to utilize essential amenities such as lighting, heating/cooling, and charging outlets. Additionally, the lack of communication or assistance from the hotel staff during this ordeal only exacerbated the situation. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of service and comfort, which was clearly not met during my stay. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but it is unacceptable for a reputable establishment like yours to fail in providing basic necessities such as electricity. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take immediate steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Furthermore, I kindly request appropriate co****sation for the inconvenience and disruption caused by this blackout. The food service at the hotel was satisfactory overall. While the meals offered were decent in taste and presentation, there were some areas for improvement. The variety of options could have been expanded to cater to different dietary preferences, and the waiting times for orders were occasionally longer than expected. However, the staff members were courteous and attentive, and the dining area was kept clean and well-maintained. Overall, while there is room for enhancement, the food service experience was acceptable during my stay. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.
