I enjoyed the two nights I spent at this hotel. Shuttle bus service to and from the hotel for free. Breakfast was also included in my room price. There's everything you could need in the room and on the property. Food, a Pub, a fitness room, and there's also a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. Staffs were super nice. All I can say is I had a quiet stay despite being so close to the airport ( about a 4-minute drive, 13 minutes walk) and seeing and hearing the planes take off🥰😀. I will stay here again. I would recommend Quality Inn By Choice.

The hotel location is quite easy to find . The room is clean and big. As well as the service is great. The breakfast food tastes delicious😋.

Its our first time here and i am impressed, very simple, not too crowded and elevator is fast, breakfast is amazing the cook and alex in tye breakfast area were amazing, inlive how alex consistently greets you with the warmest hello and Try ti engage in short talks and hi’s and hellos from every guest that comes in. For me thats just amazing, its not everytime you see someone who does it consistently. Im staying here for 3 days and two nights. And been observing coz i too worked 19 years in customer service and providing feedbacks and teview i take it seriously to support those whi work hard and to give constructive criticism to better their kraft and help clients make tge right choice to were they can soend their money. I also love the use of the marriott app so easy to ask for service request using the app although they are nit precise to give you the number of toiletries you ask ive asked 3 lotion coz theres 3 of us several times and i keep getting just one so i ended uo asking so many times. Their pool is smaller that it showed on the photo the hot tub looked dirty but they were cleaning it last night, the gym they have good equipment that the other hotels ive been to, the rooms are perfect exactly what i was looking for i booked a suite and also tye shuttle service is very convenient very close to the airport and they run every 30 mins. Its a decent hotel although a bit expensive that the others but you pay for what you get and its reasonable, laundry facility, everything you need and you dnt have to go far or lastly the water filter for drinking in the room sink was added bonus. The room, the washroom was surprisingly very clean which is very unlike other Airport hotels I have stayed at. The sound proofing is very good you can not hear the noise from the airport at all. Only down side is it is in Terminal 3 so if you are flying Air Canada you have to take the train to get to the Hotel, but it is maximum 7-8 minutes away which is nothing as compared to the other hotels nearby. Worth every cent. Even the restaurant at the hotel has very good food.

The hotel itself has no problem at all. However there was a scheduled power outage in the next morning which was only known when I checked in the hotel previous night. The internet, the lift, the shower were all out at 9:30am until i checked out at 11am. I have to make special arrangement to cope with the power outage. Trip.com did not notify me such outage when I book the hotel, which I think the hotel did not inform trip.com anyway. The hotel only offered complimentary coffee and pastry as a gratitude for the inconvenience.

This hotel is a must-stay for me whenever I have a morning flight departing Terminal 3 at YYZ. The terminal is just a short walk across the street! No worries, if you are traveling from T1 or happen to have lots of heavy baggage there is a free shuttle service. The restaurant offers a great regular menu and an extra good breakfast if you include this in your booking.

For the sub $100 per night price I got a decent room with an okay mattress and pillows. Despite the room being non smoking it certainly smelled like smoke and the halls smelled a bit like pot. The windows were fairly thin and let in a good amount of highway noise but the climate control fan provided enough white noise to mostly cancel it out. The doors have no sound insulation that I can tell. I was at one end of the hall and could hear folks halfway down even though all of us had our doors closed. The room was clean and well maintained. The TV was on top of the wardrobe and I would have to be at least half a foot taller for it to be at eye level. Not ideal for a comfortable watching position. It’s in a good location close to the highway and was ideal as I was visiting a nearby hobby store that I could walk to. Rather than pay for the “free” breakfast some chains offer, I got a better breakfast for only $7 at the nearby sunset grill

I stayed at The Waterside Inn for 2 nights for a conference. I have visited Port Credit many times before as I live in Mississauga and have dined at Snug Harbour. From the outside the hotel doesn't look so bad, but the inside is in desperate need of a full renovation from top to bottom. Upon entry, the foyer was hot and humid as if there was no AC, it was dark and had dated and worn furniture. I got to my room (#705) and was shocked by the odour I was greeted with - musty, funky and stale air. I immediately opened the balcony door and sprayed air freshener. The bathroom was disgusting, there was mold on the wall and a gap between the shower and the wall. I kept the light on the entire time as I was unsure if I would be creeped out seeing something come out of the wall during the night. The shower curtain was an irritant, touching me while I showered (gross). The rug in the sitting area was nasty - old, tired and dirty! The kitchen had a washing machine in it with a big ”out of order” sign on it. I have stayed at many hotels for business and my room was always cleaned daily. For the 3 days I was at The Waterside Inn, my room was never cleaned. The pictures online are very misleading; they look nothing like what you see upon arrival. It was an uncomfortable stay, quite a few of my coworkers were disappointed with the accommodations. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel at all. It would be a nice hotel when it is shut down, gutted, renovated from top to bottom.

Convenient location 30 minutes drive from the airport, 15 minutes drive to the Golden Square where the Chinese gather, 1 hour drive to Niagara Falls, 25 minutes drive to the outlet mall, all the hotel rooms have suites, a small living room, bedroom There is a door separated from the living room, a refrigerator, a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a full desk, a USB charging socket everywhere, free parking, and breakfast. There are gas stations, McDonald's restaurants, KFC restaurants, and Wal-Mart supermarkets nearby. Very satisfied staying experience

My family and I had a very very good experience at the hotel. Spent the last 2 days there. Renovations were being done at my place and we decided to have a stay at this facility. Myself, wife and my two boys; 19 and 9. Rooms is exactly what we were looking for. Loved the Breakfast menu and the Hosts for the morning were excellent and very inviting. Thank you so much to Mariel, Alma and Roger. Waking up to your “GOOD MORNINGS” was a great boost for the day.
