The staff labeled me as a difficult customer. They, in turn, were hostile. The manager's hours were restricted and not readily available to solve issues. The housekeeping hours are not flexible for travel plans. Snow removal not adequate for parking area. Will not return, even for the good price!

Our stay was ok. If you’re looking for a quick stay for the night it’s a good deal. Hotel room definitely not like pics. Chipped paint.. broken furniture etc . Sheets were clean and there were no bed bugs so it worked. Heating system buzzed ALL night so forget about peace and quiet! John- at the front desk was super nice. Breakfast is a brown bag w water, muffin and granola bar. Room is super small. Pictures make it look large and updated. Definitely not the case. Not big enough for a family. Bathroom is tiny. Definitely not good for more than two people. We stayed to avoid driving the turnpike after midnight. The view is nice.

The place was just ok, outdated. There was a pair of underwear sticking out from under the bed, gross. I kicked them out to the balcony and they were still there when we returned the next day after service to the room. A bit of trouble with the tv that I had to figure out on my own, calling the front was no help. This part wasn't the hotel's fault but woke up to no running water due to a main break. Luckily we had a few bottles of water with us to get us through and it was back on when we returned later that evening. I would look for other options in the area if I returned.

This place is in desperate need for repairs, broken furniture, cracks in the ceiling, rusted and dilapidated bathtub, no blackoutcurtains. Over all for the price please stay somewhere else.

The property and furnishings are worn and shabby. The noise from the adjoining highway and train tracks is distracting and constant.
The staff were considerate but can only do so much.

Our stay was fine. I would recommend that they put rails in the bathtub for handicapped. It's easy to get in and out of the hotel. Front desk is hospitable and we enjoyed the brown bag breakfast.

The place was clean however, there were a lot of people at the place who were not quiet at all. I reached out to the hotel staff to have something done. They just asked, what do you want us to do? Knock on all doors? We could get you a partial refund in the morning. I didn't want that. I just wanted a solution. I have two rooms next to mine, they could figure out where the noise was coming from. I will not stay here again.
