Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is great for coming in and out of Harrisburg city. Loved the breakfast and the dining room.

We are driving home from my dad’s funeral. Made the reservation on my phone while we were driving. Accidentally booked the ADA room instead of the room with the sofa. We asked to be switched into a room that was equally priced, but would accommodate our needs. She refused to help because we had booked through the app. Just a terrible, uncomfortable situation to have to sit on a shower chair instead of a sofa…- overall, the hotel is in need of updating, staff training, and a good cleaning.

Stay was pretty good for the price, would deffinetly stay again great location. Stayed just for the night in the middle of a road trip and enjoyed. Nice service.

The room was clean, and the surroundings were quiet. The breakfast was nice and offered a great variety of options. However, we experienced a disappointing issue with the second key card; it never functioned properly despite the staff's efforts.

This is a great hotel and I would have never found out about it if not for *******. I stayed in an enormous 2-room suite for a very reasonable price. I got to the Baymont a little before check in time and the person at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, and even asked me about which room I wanted out of the available suites. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel and there's a good sandwich place right next door within walking distance. The one downside is that the hotel is near a very busy intersection so there's lots of traffic noise, and I heard tons of emergency vehicle sirens when I was there. Overall though I'd certainly stay here again.

Heating system not working properly and cycled on and off every 20 minutes or so, very noisy. Turned it off and very cool in night. Shower head - very low, poor water pressure. Breakfast was excellent.
