Had a very peaceful stay at hgk. From lansdowne to kotdwar, not a single room was available on 25th may. Getting a room in this hotel gave a sense of ultimate relief. All things were perfect. The room was equipped with everything. The tv had cable and wifi connection unlike many other hotels. Fast room service. Delicious food. Thanks for the mini fridge, dental kit, and beverages. Inf-act the two vedic mineral bottles were also for free.

I hope this message finds you well. During my recent stay at this hotel, i encountered an issue with room allocation. Despite we were staying so long, hotel staff asked us to leave the rooms as they were having some reservation, we was not provided with the room we had requested to adjust us time being, which was disappointing and inconvenient. The receptionist is just money oriented and not co-operative. We believe it’s crucial to ensure accurate room assignments to uphold guest satisfaction but they have this kind of practice to ask to leave the room in every stay.
