Rest in April 2018, though for the first time abroad the hotel liked, chose in advance the hotel for newer, therefore and repair, furniture and other things were at the height. At first there was discomfort that only breakfast in the hotel, lunch and dinner are looking where you want, but then they realized the beauty of it that you don't need to run to the hotel by a certain time, but wanted to eat went to the cafe and ate what you want. Prices aren't so expensive. At night, they got a ready hawk in the market and ate in the room. Of course, everything is sad about the beach, the bay is close to the dense pier and the road. , the beach is essentially not only when the water is off the meters on 40-50, you can look on the sand and so on, you want the cheeslongi will have to go about 1 km, or go to tuktuk to the nearest hotels with their beaches. We knew in advance that the hotel is far from all the main night motions of the pattyay but we liked it. Small and comfortable. And forgot about the sea to write: dirty, as everywhere is probably on the coast of Pattaya. Want a clean beach drive to less crowded areas, especially to the islands. We went on a tour to the island of Co-Kut here the water is transparent and the island really like the paradise ... I wanted to stay there, only 2 days paid... it was a pity to leave. Many money spent on tours and other entertainment, but we really liked it. Anytime we go to the islands purposefully, if you want to rest more on the beach, go to the islands.

#Praise# for mosquito control measures, cost performance, room size, room layout, safety, satisfaction with nearby activities; The bustling area of the city center, very good apartment, the infinity pool on the top floor is particularly good for taking pictures, you can also see the sea view through the window, it is pleasing to the eye, the double car at the door is convenient to take a taxi, the boss helped to set the show ticket is much cheaper than online, or the car came to pick it up, come next time

Good day. Rest in this hotel with your husband between 7 and 19 February 2020. , superior room. Long chose among 4*, the priority was the new hotel, location and breakfast. All expectations were met: the hotel new, the room is fresh, clean, clean and towel change every day without reminders. The air conditioner is powerful, directed to the balcony door, sleep is not interrupted. Breakfast is diverse, European, Thai and Indian cuisine, fruit (ananas, carrots, papaya), small dessert. On the 2nd floor there is a small pool, the water in it is clean, the chlorine does not smell, you can take towels for lying. Mainly there were only two of us, the Chinese were all friendly in the day and no one interrupted. The hotel is oriented to Chinese and Hindu people, staff friendly, smiley, English speak freely. Near the hotel all in the walking availability - sea, cafe, 7/11, Terminal 21 etc. Recommend M Pattaya 4* to all those who want not just to stay at the hotel, but also to feel like at home)

Open the door to come to check in and stay. While registering for COVID There was an employee shouting and asking, ”I don't know what promotion has been booked through.” We were very numb and embarrassed. I don't know how to answer. I feel bad that the staff greeted like this. And your brother repeated asking Which is our right that we will book with which channel? It should not say hello like this Even to book a promotion That is a sales offer Ask the staff in front of the lobby, he said. Your brother is a GM. The high-level management level should be a good example or model for the staff to follow. Not doing this If there are many people, we feel embarrassed. If you book a promotion or not a promotion, you can ask to see Reservatoin first. Because I don't know which room to be in, which building If you encounter a question like this, the first step into your house. How do you feel it? It's not a heavy matter, but it's absolutely unworthy thing. Please consider it.

This is our first time in Pattaya and before staying here, we stayed in downtown Pattaya at the Hard Rock which is a great hotel, however the difference in feeling and relaxation is noticeable. For us downtown just didn’t hold much attractions. It’s several hotels on one resort property giving it large scale with amenities like serene private beaches, beautiful multiple pools, bars and restaurants. We visited in December and fortunately it wasn’t too busy however even getting a sun loungers at the beach or by the pool was a challenge. Somehow e of the pools (by Royal Cliff grand hotel)i is in the shade so water is quite cold and seating there is plentiful however in summer perhaps this changes. Restaurants are not all open since Covid. But there’s still plenty of options to dine in. Maharani served beautiful Indian cuisine that we really enjoyed for dinner. Panorama opens 24H a day and serves international cuisine. We had fried rice and some Thai dish here and thought food was just okay. Breezeo their seafood restaurants by the beach has Happy Hour every day from 3 pm to 5 pm with half price alcoholic drinks and serves a really good Mai Tai. Sunset terrace bar is our favorite, it has Happy Hour every day from 5 pm to 7 pm (half price on alcoholic drinks) serves beautiful cocktails. If you have a longer stay and get bored by the options, you can walk down the beach towards the neighboring beach, that opens up more opportunities to dine outside the hotel. We tried 3 mermaids which were pretty good but we actually prefer to just dine in and enjoy inhouse bars and restaurants instead. Pricing at all their restaurants is actually really affordable and inexpensive considering it’s a big hotel group. One area that needs attention is communication with local staffs which frequently seems to get lost in the translation. During our stay, most of the guests were foreigners so it could be quite frustrating when the staff just didn’t understand you at all. A simple question like “where is the restroom” was unable to get an answer! The resort seems to be trying to be a green hotel, so they put recycling bins everywhere which is really good. Perhaps they could use glass water bottles instead of plastic as a better recycling options Will we visit again? Definitely YES! Because we absolutely love the serenity of the resort and their gorgeous pools!

For me it became the most wonderful hotel in Pattaya. There was a week on Sand boxing. Silence, calm, full relaxation. Staff is very friendly, ready to provide services at first request. Cleaning every day. The meal was on the menu, breakfast was brought to the room. The amount of breakfast was such, 100 enough for lunch and dinner. If anything needs to be heated, the recipe was warmed in the microwave without problems. Yes - a pandemic, all around it was closed, only Femeli Mart and 7/11 worked. Open cafe or restaurant nearby was not, but we were absolutely not tense. To Nakula went on foot, somewhere further - ordered a taxi. No problems. But around it was a sense of a comfortable uninhabited island. The beach in the Garden Sia Vio is nearby, empty, cozy and with beautiful water and view. We were in Tai a month after that hotel, but the days spent here were the best. I really want to go back to this paradise.
