It was raining when we checked in, and the bathroom didn't have hot water. The waiter came and put it on, but it took a long time for the water to get hot. The water heater in one room was broken.

Guest UserI booked two rooms. One had a view of the 2nd-floor pool, and to the right of the pool, where it's open, you can see the ocean (picture 3). It's about a 12-minute walk to the beach. The balcony has a drying rack, which is handy for swimwear and socks. The restaurant is on the first floor, to the right of the front desk. The selection isn't huge, but they do have essentials like milk, coffee, eggs, bread, and fruit. It's about a 30-minute walk to Jomtien Night Market and a 10-15 minute taxi ride to Pattaya Pier.

Guest UserWe only stayed for one night as we were visiting friends who live in Jomtien. The hotel is right in the centre of the walking street complex so be prepared for sure interesting sights especially in the evening.
We knew what to expect but if you're not prepared it may be a bit much for the senses.
Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and central enough to catch the baht bus into Pattaya.
The hotel was lovely though. The staff were really friendly and held our luggage for us as we arrived early.
Our room was very spacious and overlooking one of the two pools.
We requested a quiet room when booking and this didn't disappoint. Being so close to the nightlife we didn't hear a thing.
We didn't get a chance to use the pools or the bar/restaurant but it all looked really nice.

Guest UserThis is a good mini-hotel right on the beachfront of Dongtan, Jomtien's best beach. We really liked the hotel overall. The only minor issue is that twice a week, the neighboring cafe plays loud music until 10 PM. We stayed in a poolside villa, and it was very quiet. Our neighbors were locals, so there were no noisy parties with young people. There's no safe in the room, but theft isn't an issue here. There's also no kettle in the room, but you can get free tea and coffee at the reception. I really enjoyed my stay here, especially traveling with a small child – it was very convenient to go from the beach to the room (for naps/meals/swimming) as everything was easily accessible. All the staff were friendly, and we communicated using a translator. The pool is available all the time, even at night. Everything was great! It's an affordable hotel with a convenient location. There's no breakfast here, but there are plenty of cafes nearby. We went to Jomtien Plaza Resident for breakfast, which was excellent and only 120 Baht – you won't leave hungry.

This hotel is over 20 years old, so the exterior looks a little intimidating, but the interior is quite nice and doesn't feel old because it's been completely renovated. All the rooms were full, so it wasn't scary at all. It's right on the beach, close to 7-11, Tops supermarket, restaurants, and coffee shops. The location is excellent, perfect for those who dislike the hustle and bustle of Pattaya.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location! The hotel is quite old, and the room had a strong, musty smell. The price is extremely inflated for this standard; for example, the best resort in Pattaya, Copacabana, costs exactly the same as Sea Breeze!

Raimond B.Hey everyone, I decided to write a review. This isn't the first hotel I've stayed at. The room is large and spacious. Yes, the furniture isn't new, but it's in good condition. They clean and change towels, and if you ask, they'll change the bed linens too. Water, coffee, tea, and shampoo are all provided. I booked a room with a kitchen, so I had a full set of dishes and everything – very convenient. The stove, however, doesn't heat very well; it's fine for eggs, but you won't be frying a steak on it. The ceilings are low, which felt a bit strange at first. I'm 183 cm tall, and the ceilings are about 186 cm. The pool is clean, but the depth is around 110-120 cm (just a guess), so you can only really cool off, not properly swim or relax. I asked reception for keys to other rooms to check them out and maybe switch. They gave them to me without any problem – there were available rooms. There's not much to say here; the pictures are a little enhanced, of course, but overall it's decent. Three rooms on the second floor open directly onto the pool with panoramic doors, and all the rooms above that have balconies. My kitchen room, however, doesn't have a balcony. They close the door to the pool at 8 PM, so you can't smoke there; I had to go down to the first floor. The elevator is nearby, so no issues there. While I was staying here for 7 days, I popped into a couple of nearby hotels. I saw, as often happens, that reality isn't always like the pictures; there are always nuances. In short, I've extended my stay for another 7 days. It's perfectly fine, you can live here comfortably, nothing is bothersome, and the atmosphere is friendly. Especially for a thousand rubles, it's a steal!

If looking for accommodation near Na Jomtien Beach Considered a very good location, there is a parking lot, walk out to the seaside, very close, cool air, soft bed, but no elevator. The stairs are quite steep. The room may not be very new. But overall it is considered okay :)
