Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

I really like this place. It's right in front of the Hilton hotel and a large shopping mall. To the left, there's a local specialty and souvenir market. To the back-left, there's a bar street, which can be a bit noisy. However, the transportation here is very convenient. The lobby is spacious and bright, and they offer different complimentary drinks every day. The upstairs pool is also fantastic, with an infinity pool and a water park. The hotel rooms have a small kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and laundry detergent. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk to 7-11, about 5-6 minutes. That's really the only flaw. I still really love this hotel and will definitely book it again next time.

Reception - 10/10. Very responsive and helpful. Room - 8/10. Very clean, with a Smart TV. No balcony, and the windows barely open, so there's nowhere to dry clothes. The air conditioning is almost silent, and the fridge is excellent. The shower, however, doesn't get very hot. Pool - 5/10. It's cold. There's a bar right by the pool, and they're quite strict about outside drinks. Buying from them when you have your own... not ideal. So the pool ended up being completely useless for me. I really banked on it. I tried to book three times this month. Either no availability or too expensive.

The location is unbeatable. Central Festival is right outside, and if you cross Soi 8, you're at the beach. Go through the alley behind the hotel, and you're on Soi Buakhao, perfect for hitting Treetown or LK Metro at night. It's great value for money, there's a pool, and breakfast is decent. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old; a shower instead of a bathtub would be much better.

Location convenient to town without being overly noisy. Gym and pool good. Staff were amenable to the small things I asked. What’s lacking is cleanliness. Bathroom had a bad smell even after cleanings, visible grime throughout, stained sheets, and towels that never smelled quite fresh.

Arbour Hotel and Residence, Pattaya — Business Trip Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed here for one night on a business trip and came away genuinely impressed. For what was meant to be a purely functional overnight stay, the experience was anything but ordinary. Room The room was large, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean — exactly what you want after a long day of meetings. There's a spaciousness here that you don't always get even at higher-priced properties, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Facilities The gym is a solid perk for business travellers looking to squeeze in a workout before the day begins. It's well-equipped and gets the job done. Breakfast The real highlight was breakfast. The restaurant offers a stunning panoramic view of the city — the kind of view that makes you slow down and actually enjoy your morning meal rather than rush through it. A great way to start the day before heading into work mode. Location Conveniently situated for practical needs — a Big C supermarket is just a short 10-minute walk away, which is handy if you need to grab anything quickly. The area is accessible without being overwhelming. Overall A comfortable, well-run property that ticks all the right boxes for a business stay. The spacious rooms, great breakfast view, and convenient location make it easy to recommend. Would definitely return on my next trip to Pattaya.

Amber is a 5 star rated stay for sure due to its amazing location, cosy and welcoming environment, quality bed for a gd night sleep. Walking everywhere is a breeze, just outside is Soi Bukkhao, Giant food court & nightlife area, and Central Pattaya & Beach about 7 to 10min walk away. One of the best buffet breakfast I had in Pattaya because of the outdoor seating area overlooking the pool. They also had thai traditional coffee counter making fresh traditional coffee which was very unique and memorable! Will return again for sure!

The location is pretty good. While not on the main line, it's on a songthaew branch route, so getting around is quite convenient. It's a shame they didn't have a king-sized bed; the front desk gave us two twin beds, which weren't very comfortable as they were too small. Well, this is Holiday Inn Express Pattaya, can't really compare it to the ones back home. During Chinese New Year, the price wasn't cheap, but the breakfast was excellent. It's a bit of a walk to Beach Road, but the street right outside is actually very lively with plenty of shops and affordable massages. Gaode Maps (Amap) works perfectly in Thailand for both navigation and ride-hhailing, which is very handy.

Stayed for two days, and it had everything we needed. You can get free tea and coffee at the reception downstairs. Walking Street is not far, we walked there. Terminal 21 is about a five-minute tuk-tuk ride away, and the Indian market is just around the corner. The location is excellent, but perhaps not for an extended stay.

The room was very clean, and the butler service was exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous. The transportation was also very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants downstairs. Most importantly, the infinity pool on the rooftop was absolutely stunning for photos! It was a very pleasant trip experience overall.
