Hotels in Na Jomtien, Pattaya

We had a great one-night stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable and soft. The receptionists and all staff, including the buggy driver and security, provided excellent service and communicated well in English. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety. The swimming pool was clean and beautiful, and the beach bar had a very aesthetic atmosphere. The shuttle service using a buggy car to the bar and breakfast area in another building was very convenient. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax near the sea. Although it is far from crowded areas, it feels like a private and peaceful place to stay.

When we checked in, we asked the front desk if there were any high-floor rooms available. The lady there, with a professional but insincere smile, immediately said they were fully booked and told us we were lucky to even check in at noon. However, I checked Trip.com right away, and it clearly showed rooms were still available for that day! This kind of 'seasoned veteran' attitude from hotel staff hasn't changed in over a decade. The hotel being old is an objective fact, which is fine, but the hygiene truly wasn't good. The drinks in the mini-fridge had mold growing on them, and many other details were unhygienic. I recommend not consuming anything from there. The beach is nice and offers standard resort amenities: beautiful beach, and very nice security staff who help pull out loungers for you. The sand is a bit coarse, so it's not very comfortable underfoot. Breakfast was decent, and there's a restaurant (didn't try it, looked unappetizing). I didn't go to the spa, but my partner said the environment was nice, though the massage itself was mediocre. Chasing after 'value for money' comes with its drawbacks: The hotel front desk staff are too slick and unhelpful when it comes to solving problems. The hygiene conditions are poor. The soundproofing is incredibly, incredibly, incredibly bad! Thankfully, there's a 7-Eleven nearby to somewhat redeem it!

The room is very spacious, and there are plenty of food options nearby. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and both Big C and Lotus's are to the left and right. The parking lot is huge. The staff, both day and night, provide excellent service and are always smiling. Even the security guards are polite. Overall, considering the low price, it's a fantastic deal. My only minor complaint is that the balcony was a bit dusty.

The bell boy is very polite & helpful, always available to help. Staffs at L8 dining by the pool are very helpful & professional in their services. They always approach with a smile. The open air infinity pool water is kinda cold for late evening dip. Location is south about 15-17km (18-20mins on grab B200 below to the Bali Hai Pier & Pattaya Walking Street. area)  For overall we had a very pleasant stay here and the breakfast is delicious 😋

my love and i had the most amazing experience in this hotel. we’re celebrating our anni here. from the first we step in till the last step out of this place. we feel like home. the staffs are super welcoming. and we are so lucky to get the room facing the ocean. and the sunset is super awwwww. ❤️❤️ my love and i was so happy with the services they provided. breakfast spread was just nice too. truly recommended! the next time i come to pattaya, i will surely come here again! didnt took much photos of the place because, we’re busy enjoying the place. its connected to the beach and the price is super affordable comparing to the neighboring hotels resort. i recommend this place!

This hotel was beautiful in general, it was clean and had an upscale feeling to it. It had a beautiful rooftop bar but make sure you reserve your space in early so that you can be there for the sunset otherwise it will surely be full. There is a beach bar and restaurant so that you can enjoy food and drinks right next to the ocean which was great. There is a small private beach area which was secluded and clean. There are a couple pools, particularly the private pool behind the villas is beautiful although it is very shallow. The bigger pool has a fun slide which kids and adults enjoy alike. The breakfast was good. It had a lot of options for western breakfast inside and Thai style outside. For a Chinese palette there isn’t a lot that is suitable though. They have coffee machines, juice, salad bar, egg station, and more. We got a room with a balcony bathtub however, it’s facing the other rooms which means everyone would see you taking a bath and that isn’t comfortable. The room is very spacious, the bathroom was beautiful, and it was worth the price. The biggest issue was how far it is from the downtown Pattaya area, if you want to be at restaurants and nightlife every night this place isn’t the best place for you. Very nice hotel. It could be cleaner: there was dust on the floor and tables. Otherwise, everything was good. Very quiet, and on some days we even had the rooftop pool to ourselves. There were several restaurants on the beach. There was also a 7-Eleven nearby.

I think it's good; the room is clean and the staff provide great service. It's right on the main road, but if you're a light sleeper, be prepared as you'll hear traffic all night long.

Hotel is beautiful, location is close to rice fields but its not on the main street so be aware you could be walking 500 metres from the main street to hotel with your bags when you check in. However, the same gets compensated with little oasis created by them..little rice fields, river flowing , garden and of course the pool. They have in house Spa, coffee shop and breakfast is generally good but would have preferred more options with vegetarian [no egg] ..anyways loved the property so stayed back for 3 more nights
