Dirtiest hotel I have stayed at in Pattaya, ants everywhere, loud english people shouting in the pool all day, no water, soap,plastic bags or anything, if you want it cleaned theycharge extra 500baht..... Grumpy landlady , over priced for no cleaning included even electric and water was extra

The place itself looks nice with good size rooms. But the service in the reception was poor and a little rude. Bad english and communication in general. Except in the bar. Sometimes had to wait because no one was in the reception and not possible to get a good answer on further booking for a longer stay.
