It is worth to the cost. Recommendation: pls consider to fix the shower for that it is not warm and water flow is very low.

There were spider webs and spiders on the bathroom mirror. The wash basin and toilet were filthy. It's a very historic hotel, and the wooden planks at the foot of the bed are rotten. But the price is very cheap and the room is big. Only two bottles of water are provided, soap and shampoo. 

I made a reservation and went, but there were no rooms available, so I waited and finally got to the first floor. The facilities were like an old inn - A lodging facility exclusively for Thai nationals. Conversation was impossible, so I had to use an interpreter. I am grateful that the counter staff made phone calls here and there to arrange a room for me.

The reception is very cute and all the staff work very well. Definitely have to come and stay again.

Приветливый персонал, качественная уборка. В номере не было чайника и фена, по запросу чайник дали. На рецепшн по утрам предлагают напитки: кофе и какао. Из минусов- далековато до пляжа, около 20 минут.

Excellent accommodation in great location, very quiet yet within walking distance of all the bars & restaurants in the city. Close for seeing major sights also, not far from Sanctuary of Truth. Great staff, very friendly & well looked after, highly recommended.
