Amethyst Hotel Pattaya

Amethyst is a lovely modern hotel in a great location for shops, bars, restaurants and only 15 minute walk to the beach. The staff are pleasant and helpful, in particular Benz in the restaurant with a smile to brighten any morning and makes great coffee!

Good for quality for what it is when you want a nice, buget conscious room off the main *****. The room and staff were all nice and zinwould come and stay again.

Wanted to stay here for a while. As it was my birthday I treated myself, and so glad I did. I can only score this hotel 5/5 for everything as it was just amazing. I come to Pattaya quite often and have stayed in a few hotels. The Amethyst has been by far the best, clean, quiet, great staff and great location. Totally recommend to anyone to stay here.

The staff at this hotel were so welcoming and helpful. Nice rooftop pool. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel is away from the business but close walking distance to everything.

The best service I have ever received at a hotel of this level, also rivals some 5 star big brand name hotels. Very efficient check-in everything was prepared at the front desk before I walked in the door. Porters and doorman service was great. Room was very clean and cleaning staff were very friendly. Coffee from the coffee shop in the foyer was some of the best I’ve had. Only are for improvement is the quality of the towels wasn’t as good as the rest of the linen, but they were no worse than any other similar grade hotel. Definitely will go back again.
