They reception force us to pay 1000 baht deposit they talk very angry and I ask them can you please speak nice but they talk very bad in thai language and she said that we can kick off you out right now so be quite.we doesn't have other choice because we came from far away very tired.room was very dirty and we couldn't get shower for same day and day after because water was stop no any water even for toilet. Swimming pool very very small and dirty water full of germs and yellow water full of mosquito. At room we have to kill 3 cacolache and mosquito bites all over our body . This most **********d come here and all room was until morning full of bad fights between ***********************. At check out we was worry about our towel becouse they change for each towel 300 baht . Please if you are family or go with partners do not go here is very dangerous and not Safe for your money and documents at room hotel will not accept any responsibility and them safebox doesn't work everything drity and not even standard of one 1 star guest House compare with other hotels is very expensive not value for this money plus the staff by bad behaviour will make you very bad mentally pain so your trip and holiday will be distorted. I am not recommending this hotel if you have any questions you can email me I will send you proof by videos and photos my holiday been damaged by very bad behaviour of the womans who's working at hotel they never help just want charge you without reason

Hotel is not bad. Quite clean, has a small restaurant and billiards downstairs. The hotel is located next to the road, so there is constant noise. Same constant noises from air conditioner. Also, there was no hot water in shower, but after a while feels okay. I would recommend this place to solo travelers, but need to use earplugs.

Convinien place but some staff service not good

Room size is quite decent. Room had mini fridge, kettle, chair, safely lock, table lamp. Electronic key card access. Overall, clean room and good value for money. The wardrobe does not have doors. Please note, you need to keep 1000 bhat deposit for the key, which is too much

The service was pathetic, rooms don't have proper hot water , ac was not working well, extremely disappointed with the hotel , will not book again

They are tricky to charge more. I have to call tourist police to come and solve. They even sweared on us in Thai when we tried to be polite until the end. Two faced when the police come, they lied to keep themselves from problem. Not recommended

Good service big room and clean 👍

The cheapest and best budget hotel in pattaya. Very nice rooms if u get the balcony. Very poor room if u get the windowless room. Always ask for the balcony room facing the streets. Quality equals to hotels twice the price. Cons is theres alot of cockroaches infront of the hotel for some reason. So never get second floor always get highest floor.

The ac is so bad not cold and seem like it's gonna broke any minutes.The staff are not friendly but the location are nice
