Great condo in a perfect location close to everything you need

The appartment is a bit dated and worn out. Location is good. Situated close to Central and night bazar.

Nice stay with amazing pool views , Easy self check in and nice location .

I recently stayed at The Base Condo in Pattaya and had a very pleasant experience. The location is one of its biggest highlights – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the beach, shopping malls, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s very convenient for both short and long stays. The condo itself is modern and well-maintained, with stylish interiors and good security. The common facilities are excellent – the swimming pool, fitness center, and rooftop area offer great views of the city and ocean. The pool area especially is relaxing and a nice spot to unwind. The unit I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a hassle-free stay. The balcony views were another plus point. One thing to note is that since it’s in the city center, the area can get a bit busy and noisy, especially at night. However, the convenience and facilities make up for it. Overall, The Base Condo offers great value, comfort, and location. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya who wants a modern, secure, and well-connected place to stay.

This hotel is actually a service apartment, boasting a prime location with excellent transport links and convenient shopping. It's fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, and the complex offers great amenities like a gym and two swimming pools. Plus, it's very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, close to both the beach and shopping malls. There's a 'songthaew' stop right outside the complex, making it convenient to get to all the main areas. Downstairs, you'll find massage parlors, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven, which is very comprehensive.

Everything was good. The host was really kind and let me stay for additional 1.5 hours after check out time. Location is convenient and amenities are good.

Great location and easy access

This condo building is quite large. Since many condo owners here have their own private rental businesses, my criticism is limited to just one. This room's housekeeping is incredibly negligent. Bed bugs are present on the bed and sofa. We initially experience intense itching, and I later recognized that there was a beg bug problem. There is a blood-like stain on the pillow inside the thin pillow case. The housekeeping staff promised to fix the TV the following day, but after five days, they never show up. Additionally broken is the washing machine for laundry. Again, the housekeeping promised to take care of it the following day, but during my 5 days stay they never show up . Please don't reside here if you require a TM30 for a resident certificate. They can’t issue it like regular hotel.

This was the first time booking a condo as opposed to a hotel. A condo means no reception, no cleaning etc. as opposed to a hotel with front desk staff etc. As for The Base, it takes a while to get in..there is very good security and one has to connect trough Line and make a selfie then the staff will come down to collect the 2000 bath deposit. This procedure went well and also the checkout was quick. I stayed in the B building. Mind you the Rooftop Infinity Pool is in A building. B building has a large pool at the 3rd floor. The gym is also on the 3rd flor but its much smaller than it seems on the photos. I stayed on the 17th Floor. The apartment itself is tidy, well kept and has enough space. It has a balcony with washing machine which is very convienient. There is a safetybox but I couldnt use it because the staff didnt have the key or combination. I had a pleasant stay and it was very much value for money. I would recommend this condo but I myself will probably not come again as I do prefer a hotel and also because it takes quite a while to reach say like a 7/11 when u have to wait for the elevator 17 stories down and then walk all the way to the street. All and all it has its pro's and cons.
