The room was clean and the living environment was good. I stayed here for a business trip, and everything from check-in to the front desk service to the room itself felt great. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Thailand for business.

Price worthy and only one thing to complain is the noise as you can hear everything near your room all dimensionally! If you could accept this condition then its worth to come I really recommend this hotel!

Hotel located in a nice and quiet neighborhoods...beautiful pool...very small gym but still good for a brief workout...

This hotel has a great overall feel with a high level of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere—it never feels crowded. The location is excellent, making it very easy to get around and visit various attractions. While the breakfast selection is a bit limited, everything else was wonderful. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Staff not friendly and breakfast not wirth the money. Suit was very good but we did not feel warmly welcome

Boutique hotel on outskirts of pattaya. Comfortable beds . Good breakfast. Could do with more sunbeds around pool .

It was beautiful experience, they cleaned and changed the sheets and towels everyday. Receptionists were very friendly and kind.

Reasonable price, good location, clean and comfortable...

The first room I checked into had a cigarette smell on the pillow. It was a connecting room with a door to another room (though it was closed). The floor had been cleaned with some unknown solution and was sticky. The air conditioning wasn’t cool at all — I couldn’t sleep until 2 a.m., so I asked to change rooms. The staff moved me to the next room. The air conditioning there was cool, the room was cleaner, and the floor wasn’t sticky. However, I found two gummy bears under the bed. It was already very late, so I didn’t complain. At 3 a.m., I finished moving rooms. Between 6 and 7 a.m., maintenance began fixing the air conditioner in the old room. The noise was very loud and continued until 10:30 a.m. I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I called the lobby and asked them to stop for a while because I hadn’t slept all night. The technician stopped for 10 minutes and then resumed, so I had to call the lobby again before they finally stopped. The hotel offered compensation by allowing me to stay until 5 p.m. I checked out at 2:00 p.m. ———————————————————————- 我入住的第一个房间，枕头上有烟味，是一个带有连接门的房间（虽然门是关着的）。地板不知道用了什么清洁剂，非常黏。空调一点都不冷，我一直到凌晨两点都没办法入睡，于是请求换房。 工作人员帮我换到隔壁的房间，空调冷多了，房间也更干净，地板不再黏。但我在床底下发现了两颗小熊软糖，不过因为太晚了，我也就没说什么。 凌晨三点换好房间。 早上六七点，维修人员开始修我现在住的房间的空调，声音非常大，一直到上午十点半。我实在受不了了，就打电话给前台，请他们让维修先暂停一下，因为我整晚都没睡。维修人员暂停了10分钟后又继续修理，我只好再次打电话给前台，他们才终于停止。 酒店给我的补偿是让我延迟退房到下午五点。 我在下午两点退房。

The hotel was clean. The food was great and the staffs were approachable.
