Cross Pattaya Pratamnak

The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room – big shout-out to Chris and Thanyah! The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent; we even got complimentary drinks while checking in (they were so good!). The laundry service is paid, but our clothes came back smelling amazing and the scent lasted forever! The hotel is right on the beach, but you'll need a scooter or taxi to get to the city center. If you're staying here, I'd recommend bringing a shower head with a filter, as the water quality isn't the best. Everything else was perfect! We'd definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is super convenient – there's a 7-Eleven just a few hundred meters away, and getting a taxi is easy. Downstairs, you'll find coffee shops and restaurants. The gym and overall hotel environment are great too, and it's close to everything. My only small complaint is that the air conditioning was really cold at night, haha. But I guess that's just how it is in Thailand, right?

The hotel environment is excellent, clean and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. The front desk lady, in particular, was very patient and helped us solve our problems. Even though we didn't speak Thai, she used a translator to assist us with various issues. Definitely a great review, and we'll certainly stay here again next time.

The service attitude in Pattaya is truly exceptional. This hotel is right by the beach, a bit far from the city center, but the environment is beautiful and quiet. The sea-view cliff-side restaurant next to the hotel is absolutely stunning for sunset views. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; the strange noises from the couple next door were quite persistent. 😂
