The hotel's service and hygiene were absolutely terrible. As soon as I pulled back the duvet, I found bloodstains, and there were other suspicious marks on the sheets. I contacted the staff, and they actually tried to tell me it was fresh blood, suggesting I might have been bitten by a mosquito without noticing. That's just completely ridiculous! They kept trying to pass the buck. When I asked how they'd resolve the issue, all they offered was a room upgrade for my next stay. Seriously, I hope everyone avoids this place. The hotel breakfast was also very mediocre. Honestly, the overall dining experience and service just don't match their pricing. It was really bad.

This was the best hotel we booked in Thailand this trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the two pools were beautiful. My favorite part was sunbathing and collecting seashells on the private beach. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel shuttle bus was also very convenient. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time.

The hotel environment is really good, a bit like the Edition in Sanya. However, the only thing I wish the hotel could improve on is the small flying insects in the breakfast area and the lobby. I know it's somewhat unavoidable, but I hope there's some measure that can be taken to reduce them. That way, I could sit in the lobby longer and enjoy the view.

As soon as I entered, there was a strong musty smell in the room. There were also uncleaned hairs on the counter. The entire bed felt damp, not dry at all. The worst part was a huge spider web right above my head when I lay down. At night, the air conditioner was incredibly loud. Staying there for two days literally gave me a nervous breakdown! (Why two days? Because once booked, it couldn't be canceled, truly awful. How can a place like this even be listed on Trip.com? I have no idea. Over 800 a night, it felt like the sky was falling!) The hotel must be aware of its noise issues because they provided earplugs, but they were completely useless. The boats were noisy, the air conditioning... and the sea nearby reeked. This is the worst hotel experience I've had so far. Plus, this hotel doesn't even have a beach, just reefs and stinky mud.
