There are two blocks of the Hotel with separate car park, after parking can direct elevator to different floors of the rooms. Limitation of buffet choices but staffs are very helpful. Room is big but bedsheets & pillows & towels looks in grey colour.

The room was average, the service was average, the atmosphere was average, the location was average, and the facilities were average. Overall, two words: just okay. The price was decent, but I felt everything else was just, well, average.

Hotel and room is new and clean. But there is some noise from outside the room. Breakfast is ok not too much menu. The hotel has a playground for kids and swimming pool is cozy.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I was very impressed. In this stay, its service standards very well. I was very welcomed by the reception team. The housekeeping team greeted me with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. For me, it is the hotel that is the best value for money. For some places, you may get a room of lower quality than this. Personally, I would recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a room that is worth the money. 🏆

The accommodation itself was okay, but I wouldn't say it offers the best value for money. It's an acceptable place to stay, but I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a car. It's a bit out of the way, so getting around without a rental would be quite inconvenient. When I travel, I always advise people to rent a car.

Everything is great. The room is very clean, and I especially like that the shower is separate from the bathtub. The staff are also very nice.

Excellent hotel, great value for money. The breakfast was very good, and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. It's about a 15-minute taxi ride to the beach, and if there's no traffic, it's just 10 minutes to Terminal 12. Highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Pattaya!

Great service, big room, decent breakfast. We accidentally left the room opened as the door condition is not well, not able to close properly, need to double check before we left.

The hotel itself is very nice and the room is big enough and clean, the only problem is the location as it's a bit far from everything.

It’s marketed as a five-star hotel, but in my opinion, it feels somewhat overrated. The room is spacious and clean. There is a minibar with free bottled water and coffee sachets, though the cup noodles are charged. The breakfast and swimming pool are both quite good and enjoyable. That said, the location is fairly far from central Pattaya. If you’re not driving, you’ll likely need to rely on Grab whenever you go out. One downside is the TV, which does not seem to support streaming services such as YouTube or Netflix, although it’s possible I simply missed the option The power outlet layout is also quite impractical, with some sockets placed under the pillow. On top of that, I hit my head several times on the light above the bed, which was not a great design choice. :(
