The room type I booked had no windows, so as soon as I woke up, I'd take a taxi to the school by the sea and spend the whole day at the restaurant there. If you're on vacation, it's definitely worth booking a nicer room with a sea view. That way, you can just relax comfortably in the hotel every day.

Just like the photos, it's right on the beachfront road, directly across from the sea. We had two rooms, and breakfast with a view of the ocean was incredibly relaxing.

I booked at 2.30pm and I check in at 4.30pm, last minute decide to join the Pattaya 3 days countdown concert at the beach side.
Its a walking distance for 10-15mins only very convenience.
Walking about 15min to Big C and 20min to Terminal 21.
Definitely a good location.
Cleanliness need to improve , many hair on the floor and the tower hanger is so old and rusty
