To dirty inside, the customer service was bad enough, didn’t reply after you texted them, I tried contacting them for helping the cleaning problem but they didn’t deal with it, another problem was giving information that are wrong, the photos on Trip.com was good, but the actual one was dirty enough and got a lot of cockroaches, and they said it Got 4 beds, but only with total two bed and 1 tatami. I just got itchy After the sleep.

Pool was deep enough to dive in. Clean and spacious rooms. Separate kitchens at each stairs. Nice patio. No bugs. Enjoyed my stay.

The exterior of the house looks good, but the swimming pool is tiny and seems neglected. The bathroom inside was incredibly dirty; there were still hairs from the previous guest and a lot of sand and grit, as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. The air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't cold. None of the doors could be locked. This is terrible. Paying over 5,000 for this is unacceptable.

Very nice villa. Kate is really friendly and kind☺️. She told us all about the house and neighbourhood, also let us to take a really nice fork with hello kitty. 🐱 All you need is at the villa: Smart tv, jbl sound, microwave, kettle, bottles of water. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone find a towel to himself. Our rest was really amazing, I am recommending this place and Kate!
