The value for money of this hotel is really disappointing, you imagine that if you pay much more here than a standard hotel, you will find excellence. And unfortunately this is not the case, uninteresting room with small low-end hotel beds and cheap mattresses. If you don't want to be disappointed, I advise you to book somewhere else. As for the swimming pool, if you want to face the beach, you are imposed a minimum of consumption at a prohibitive price. —————————————— le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel est vraiment décevant, on s'imagine que si l'on payent beaucoup plus cher ici qu'un hôtel standard, l'on va trouver l'excellence. et malheureusement ce n'est pas le cas, chambre sans intérêt avec des petits lits d'hôtels bas de gammes et des matelas bon marché. si vous ne voulez pas être déçu, je vous conseille de réserver autre part. Quand à la piscine, si vous voulez être face à la plage, on vous impose un minimum de consommation à un prix prohibitif.

Good location.There are several restaurants nearby where you can eat. Shops 7/11,pharmacy,fruit market,massage -all within 5 min hothotov.Restaurants in the hotel are highly overly overly occupied.Own beach.Fitness room with inventory.Settled immediately on arrival.There is a free shuttle to Terminal 21 goes every hour .

it's too old and the worker service mind are not 5 stars level at all

Great view of the sea, great beach, great restaurant, people are so nice, taking good care of me for several days. Only thing might be better is the facilities, a little bit old. Generally, I love this hotel at the price.

I booked the hotel for 3 nights. However, I did not manage to stay due to fainting from hemoperitoneum just before my flight, and had to proceed to A&E and for emergency ops. I had Trip.com contact the hotel as soon as I got better after the ops. With all the proofs provided and even when the hotel was contacted on the 2nd night, the hotel proceeds to charge for 3 nights, saying I should contact them beforehand. I wondered how am I able to when I am in pain and was in operation. Yes, I booked under non-cancellation policy. So were my flights and other hotel, and I managed to get refund or in vouchers. Charging me 2 nights were valid but they charged me for 3 nights. This was something I did not expect from a reputable hotel. Thumbs up to Trip.com for good service. They assisted and followed up with me on this matter.

The rooms are in need of major refurbishment, old and worn out. Everything didn't seem to work. We checked into a family room and did an inspection. -toilet bowl had a stench when opened up the cover -towels fell off the rack and were in the bathtub -both tvs didn't work and needed to call maintenance to come up -hair were found on the old hotel phone -stains all over the couch Plus side -hotel amenities such as gym and pool were good -shuttle to terminal 21 -checkin process was good and the manager made us feel at home I made this booking in a hurry and didn't do enough research and regret instantly

We enjoyed staying at the daybeds on the beach, it was just the getaway we needed for a few days. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

the hotel is a little old but the staff takw care very well. The television and room is a little bit old. The breakfast is nice.

The location is awesome but for the service front is not great and room is very old and small, the bed is so hard and I heard some noise in the room if I can turn backwards I will choose another 5 stars hotel

We stayed in one of the Pool Lanai rooms. The hotel needs a serious facelift as everything seems to be rusty and mouldy and it looks different from the photos. If you would like some tranquil and quiet time, this is not the hotel for you as it’s full of screaming kids. The room was so dark and I felt very gloomy staying inside. More lighting is definitely needed. Expect to be bitten by mosquitoes and you will find dead cockroaches floating around as pest control is very limited I believe. I didn’t enjoy my stay there.
