I didn't check the bedsheets when I checked in and only noticed they were dirty on the second day. I left the 'please change sheets' card on the bed, but when I came back in the evening, I found that housekeeping hadn't changed them. I had to call room service to get them replaced. Parking was also a major issue. The hotel was almost full when I checked in, so there were hardly any parking spots available. I had to park on the street overnight. The hotel has two EV charging spots, but cars would just stay there long after they were fully charged, permanently occupying them. When I told the security guard I needed to charge my car, he simply told me the charging station was broken, even though my app showed it was working fine, and I had even used it the day before. Both cars were still occupying the charging spots when I checked out the next day at noon, despite not being actively charged. The management is incredibly disorganized.

Great location right by the beach, but the property feels old and some staff members weren't very nice.

The hotel has its own private beach. While the breakfast isn't quite on par with the Pullman G in Bangkok, it's decent enough. The location is a bit inconvenient for the city center; it takes about 30 minutes to walk to Terminal 21. There's a shuttle bus, but you need to book it in advance, and it's often not on time.

I was supposed to get a free room upgrade, but when I arrived, they said I could upgrade but it wouldn't be free, and they charged me an extra 14,000 Thai Baht. That's a bit of a rip-off! The facilities are from the 90s, quite old and dated. The service in Thailand is generally good, no issues there.

Could have been better. Parts of hotel is under renovation. Smart TV only in certain room type.
Staff is friendly and nice but could have given more accurate information. Breakfast was good with vegeterian options. Beach front is nice. Pool need updating. Sports bar near the pool kind of ruin the ambience. Any problem the solve if quick. Overall it’s outdated for the price.

The full sea view room is truly excellent value for money! The front desk and room service are as warm and welcoming as ever. The room is simple yet comfortable, instantly helping you unwind and forget your worries. The hotel breakfast is rich and authentic, and the beach is right next to the restaurant, perfect for a stroll and enjoying the sunset.

Fantastic birthday stay – thoughtful staff made it special
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)
I stayed at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G to celebrate my birthday, and overall, it was a wonderful experience.
The highlights:
· The hotel arranged birthday decorations in the room and prepared a cake – a very thoughtful touch that made my day feel extra special.
· Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay – from check-in to housekeeping to the restaurant team.
· Two pools and direct beach access – plenty of options to relax.
· The noodle station and egg station at breakfast were consistently good.
A couple of notes:
· The hotel is not brand new – you can see some signs of age, but everything was clean and well-maintained.
· Breakfast selection is mostly the same daily – fine for a short stay, but might feel repetitive if you're staying longer.
All in all, a very pleasant birthday trip. The genuine hospitality made up for the hotel's age, and I'd happily return for a relaxing getaway.
Would I recommend? Yes – especially for celebrations or a chill beach holiday.

-The location is very strategic, just a short walk to the beach behind the hotel.
-The view from the balcony is really nice.
-Breakfast is decent, not bad at all.
-The gym equipment is quite old.

Great

This resort was our most frequented stay during our trip to Thailand, and we ended up staying for 6 consecutive days. While it might not be the most luxurious, it was definitely the most comfortable hotel we experienced during our time in Pattaya. Although the rooms showed some signs of age, they were consistently clean and tidy. The hotel breakfast was nothing to write home about, but the real highlight was having a private beach. It allowed us to truly relax and unwind for a week. Honestly, it was really nice and offered great value for money.
