It’s nice to communicate with staffs

Great location for the money. The room is big, but they charged me 200 baht for supposedly checking out late. Although I checked out according to the schedule in the app. And they ****** at supposedly internal regulations. Talking to the staff was unsuccessful. In the end they said something like Understand. FORGIVE

The mattress crackles and was still wrapped in plastic. They didn't want to remove it without the boss's instructions. Breakfast was just fried rice, chicken or meat, no coffee, not even water. When we left they wanted to charge a 200 baht fine because we had to check out at 12 noon, but that was what was written in the booking. Otherwise, the room was very large.

The Superia room is on the 2nd floor, which is a restaurant downstairs. There is a smokestack and electrical wiring at the window, which is an eyesore. The noise from the smokestack is very loud, very disturbing to rest. I informed the staff to change rooms, so I got a room on the 4th floor, which looks more spacious and comfortable. The housekeeper here is the front desk receptionist, but she doesn't smile much. And she doesn't solve problems well, while the restaurant staff solve problems better. I would like to praise her. The Superia room on the 2nd floor is not designed to be a room well enough. It should be improved to be more suitable and better than before. The accommodation is on the beach and near Jomtian Night Market. It is convenient to travel, and there is a 7-11 nearby as well.

First of all, I would like to thank Ctrip’s after-sales staff who are really serious and responsible. As a Ctrip Golden Diamond user, I have to complain about this hotel. I have never encountered less than 7-8 hotels in Thailand. After experiencing such weird hotels, I happened to see this newly opened hotel on Jomtien Beach in Pattaya. Strictly speaking, it is a 3-story small hotel renovated from a private house. The pictures I saw are basically fake. , I booked their best room, there were no toiletries, no hair dryer, the bathtub was broken and could not be used, the air conditioner had poor cooling effect, and the shower was dilapidated! There is not even a front desk that can communicate with you at all, the only people who can communicate are a few aunties in the hotel! Please don’t step on thunder! Be sure to avoid pitfalls! It's a pity that there is no 0 points, and it is not an exaggeration to give them negative points!

The TV doesn't work, the air conditioner isn't cool at all, and they won't change rooms even though the room next door is empty. The sliding glass door on the balcony almost fell off and hit me. The old cabinet is broken. It's like the owner wants to do the hotel business but doesn't have the knowledge and doesn't care.

Overall, it's really good. The price, the room, and the food are delicious.
