The location was very good and convenient for traveling around. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a group stay. I was also impressed with how modern the house was, especially the electrical and smart system inside the property, which made everything easy to use. The facilities were well prepared and the overall atmosphere was nice and relaxing. If you are traveling with family or friends, I would definitely recommend this place because there is plenty of space for multiple guests to stay comfortably.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The villa's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of supermarkets nearby. There's a supermarket right outside, which is super convenient for shopping. The private pool is incredibly clean, and the room is tidy and comfortable with new and complete facilities. The butler service was warm and attentive, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pattaya!

DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA! Avoid this place at all cost. The host is based in China and only communicates via a Chinese WhatsApp number, making it impossible to get local support. Electricity Scam: They limit you to 30 units/day. Despite turning off all ACs when out, we were still charged an extra 576 Baht. Poor Hygiene: The house is infested with cockroaches, the kitchen is greasy, and the garden is overgrown with weeds. False Advertising: The pool is much smaller than the photos. The billiard table is filthy and has only one cue. Beds are rock-hard. NO WIFI: There is no dedicated Wifi. We had to use a signal from a neighboring house which was extremely unstable and slow. Unprofessional: Staff showed up 30 minutes late for checkout despite being notified in advance. Bottom line: Dirty, dishonest, and poorly managed. Find a professional local host instead!
