The room is spacious, clean, newer than expected. Ample parking near a convenience store. Near the entrance of the main Sukhumvit Soi Road.

The room was renovated for the second time. It smelled very bad, and the front desk reception was really super rigid. Even the trash cans in the room were not cleaned up when we stayed in the extended room. None of the bath towels or towels were changed. The order placed online the night before was also... I showed it to the front desk. After confirmation, the front desk said it was OK. There was an additional charge of 300🐷 for check-out the next day. They said that the online extension was different from the one booked at the front desk the night before. I was speechless.

First of all, the Google location of the hotel address was not accurate. I went to another hotel and searched for a while before I found this hotel. There was no one at the front desk. It turned out that the boss, a foreigner, was smoking by the pool. The drain in the bathroom in the room was clogged, and water kept flowing after the toilet was flushed. There was a 711 downstairs. I bought some snacks and wanted to go back to the room. The hotel owner saw us carrying bags and said that the hotel does not allow us to bring food back to the room. He showed us the contents of the bags before letting us go back to the room.

The room has been newly renovated. There's still dust when you enter. Parking is a little less.
