Great hotel with easy access to rental shops, restaurants and to the ski lifts. Convenient and secure ski and boot storage area. Good continental breakfast and bar on site. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable

2nd stay here. Convenient location with good parking available. Stayed Half Board, family of 5 in one of the larger rooms, kids are big kids and although compact we had enough space and a comfortable stay. Breakfast more than adequate and evening meal was a chance for us all to try something different. Staff were great.

La mia esperienza non è stata delle migliori all’hotel panorama di tonale perché chiamando la reception ho chiesto di alzare la temperatura per cortesia dei caloriferi perché i caloriferi sono freddi la risposta del receptionist è stata no i caloriferi in camera c’è la temperatura giusta e quindi non vengono accesiquesta non è assolutamente la risposta che ho receptionist dovrebbe dare a un cliente che chiama perché ha freddo in camera.

Mi sono recata presso questa struttura per passare una settimana con il mio ragazzo. Già dalla prima sera abbiamo notato un malfunzionamento relativo agli orari di riscaldamento. Accensione intorno alle 22:30, con conseguente caldo durante la notte e difficoltà a dormire, che si contrappone con momenti di freddo in mattinata appena svegli e al ritorno delle piste. Fatto presente, ma non si é risolto. Altra nota dolente é il cibo. A dicembre hanno assunto un cuoco che non é in grado di cucinare piatti italiani: pasta stracotta, piatti della cucina tipica immangiabili e carne dura e acida. Più volte é stato richiesta la sostituzione del piatto. Unica nota positiva é la vicinanza alle piste, ma se cercate un albergo dove mangiare bene, ve lo sconsiglio.

Albergo in posizione strategica per escursioni a piedi, defilato dalla strada principale ma a pochi passi dai servizi essenziali. Camere comode e pulite, cena molto buona e buffet colazione ricco. Personale molto disponibile e gentile.

Ottimo albergo! Abbiamo trascorso qui cinque giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Punto strategico per diverse escursioni. Le cene sono state ottime, con pietanza varie e gustose, scelta tra 3 primi 3 secondi e 3 dolci e quasi sempre c'era qualcosa di tipico trentino. Anche gli antipasti a buffet erano ottimi (non le solite insalate!). Letti molto comodi: materasso con topper! Tutto questo ad un costo veramente concorrenziale!

Buon hotel a tre stelle. Siamo stati molto bene con due bambini. Buona posizione, non abbiamo mai preso la macchina perché se si ha voglia di camminare un pó è vicino agli impianti di risalita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e gentilezza del personale.
