Easy check-in.. clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. We got a back corner room so it was quiet and felt secure.

Room was in "good" condition, Poor price value compared to motels in San Luis Obispo, Better value!!!

Overall, very good, nice location, safe and quiet. Room was spacious and nicely furnished- could have used a better light near the table. Lighting was a bit dim, but adequate. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the manager let me into the lobby to pick up a couple flyers on the area when he was busy doing other chores. Refrigerator was good, as was the microwave, though our microwave had seen better days. Bathroom facilities were good, and both well lit and well ventilated. We will definitely be coming back.

The pool area was good area kept up nicely. The water was very clean and refreshing after a long hot afternoon in Paso. Bathroom was run down no way to plug the drain in the bath tub if you were inclined to take a relaxing hot bath. Location is good, convenient for town exploring. As the name says Budget You get what you pay for.

The room was very clean. It was very large and had a table and chairs besides a desk and chair. We chose it because of the price and were very pleased to find it better than others we have paid much more for.

Very friendly staff. Grounds are well kept and room was immaculate. Great location close to everything. Great value!

A disappointment! It is a low cost motel that states "recently renovated" but it clearly has not been. The bed was lumpy and noisy. The toilet is a tiny old fashioned style with barely enough room for a grown man. The sink has hair in it. It does have a refrigerator and small microwave. The television remote was so complicated we gave up on watching any programs. The pool party with people having lots of fun went on well after midnight and we could hear them while we tried to get to sleep. Don't stay here!

Nice staff & efficient check in,fridge and microwave in room, easy parking

There was an earring in our bathroom and after looking closer, it appeared that it hadn’t been cleaned very well. Lots of long hairs in the bedding blankets and on the floor
