This is the second time we have stayed at the Courtyard in Pasco. Both times have been exceptional. Staff is kind, friendly and helpful. This time we used the “stay, park and fly”. It was a great option for an early morning flight. Their airport shuttle was on time but another nice thing about the Courtyard is it’s walking distance to the airport.

We were attending a training seminar and this hotel was chosen for us. Having only been in Pasco once before, we had no expectations of this property. It was awful. The lobby is actually nice, and the front desk staff was nice. That’s where the positivity ends. Our room was in Wing 2, in the back of the hotel. We parked by the rear entrance, entered the foyer and found the elevator not working. A custodian happened to be in the foyer. We asked about the elevator. He said that it had been out of service as long as he could remember. He told us there was another elevator at the far end of the wing if we wanted to walk down there. We chose to climb the stairs, but some people would have difficulty with hauling bags, etc up flights of stairs. So that was our first impression. Not great. We get to the room. Calling it bare bones minimalist is being very kind. It’s a big room, lots of space. Empty space. There is a bed, one small chair, a half desk and a credenza. At least a third of the room is empty, and it feels kind of odd. The room is set up to be adjoining to the one next door. There is a door between them. The door has a gap underneath that’s at least an inch and a half, maybe even two inches wide. Evidently the room, which now has wood floors, at one time had carpet. When the carpet was removed there was no accommodation made for the difference in height of the floor. The light from next door comes through the gap and reflects on the wall across from the door. Voices from next door are easy to hear. Another not great impression. Remodeling not finished or followed through with. Overall the room was clean and we wouldn’t be there long so we decided to keep it. That night we wished we had changed rooms, or even hotels. The king size bed was soft, lumpy, creaky, and had big ruts on both sides. Horrible to try to sleep on. And the noise from next door didn’t help matters. And, a big deal to my husband, there was NO COFFEE MAKER. The last straw was breakfast. It’s a typical continental breakfast, so that wasn’t the problem. The attendant was checking room keys to make sure no one was sneaking in for free food. It appeared some people, like my husband and I, were treated politely and welcomed to the buffet, while others were treated poorly. Almost confrontationally. It did not leave a good impression. Besides the issues listed above, there are few options for food nearby. The hotel restaurant is only open for the breakfast buffet so getting lunch and dinner requires driving. The few positive aspects of this hotel are that it is close to the airport, close to the freeway and has lots of parking. All in all, this is a beat up, unpleasant place to stay. We will choose another hotel if we happen to be in Pasco in the future.

I Booked this trip to take two older ladies that were turning 60th & 70th to Tri-Cities for the first time. First time to Wine Country. I called the hotel last month firsthand to get information about the rooms/space & etc. I was told to choose one of the two suites they have at this property. She told me to look online to see what the rooms look like. The Receptionist that booked me over the phone told me the Capt Suite 402 is the biggest and spacious on floor 4 end of hall. That room can hold what we were wanting and adding a Roll away bed to the room. She booked me over the phone with Military discount and gave me the reference number. I called again on Sunday 8/20th to confirm our room and arrival of earlier time. On 8/28th we checked in to unprofessional guest service that was not pleasant with us and to find out they gave our Suite away. We got stuck in another suite 418, that was smaller. Made excuses saying it was my fault. Unbelievable, as two of them just gave me a stare and said nothing other than we can call you next day to get you moved to your correct suite on Tuesday. Tuesday came, no one called, no one helped moved our belongings. I called two separate times. I got alerted by the Maid service who came to our door and said it was ready at 3:30pm. Then another front desk receptionist came up to give us keycards that did not work to open 402 door. And asked for the old room keycards back. We went down to front desk 3 separate times for faulty key cards. Then to find out both TVs did not work with the remote. They called maintenance in. They left at 5:30pm after fixing it. By the time we moved from one suite to the correct suite it was now 6:30pm, tired and hungry. We left to go out to eat Texas roadhouse to come back at 9:30pm to our keycards not working again. We have had no issues with the other room keycards just the 402. Next day I went and asked to talk to Manager as we are now day 3 and I have had it with the front desk staff. She apologized for her not trained staff and took some dollars off from my room rate. Hospitality is very lacking, No one smiles, no one greets you at the desk. And very strict no eating in your rooms as you cannot bring your free breakfast to your room at all. One of the ladies didn't feel well to walk to eat so she went without breakfast as they said it's not allowed to leave the restaurant. The Hot Tub in our room doesn't work the dial on the wall doesn't turn to turn the jets on. I paid $950.74 for a crappy, stressful bday for four days. I truly believe they gave my room out for full price since I had military/AAA discount, so they made more money off that room rate. There excuses made no sense to me. No offer for return comps, no lunch or dinner comps nothing to invite you back to make it better, nada! Not anything from any desk clerk. I feel this hotel has a high turnover rate, no one wants to work and the staff they hired is not trained, they sit on the c
